Once again it's the Heather from Card Services scam.

I also got a call from this number today and they didn't leave a message.

me too , i recieve calls from that number on my cell phone  ( every day ), and my # is in the do not call registry , they are credit cards scam bags , i told them to remove me from the list , but they hang up on me....and still calling....

Caller Id says Nevada- it's "Heather" from Credit Card Services- had hoped they'd gone away!

This is a scam.

They called saying they could lower my credit card interest rates to less than 4%, they said ALL credit cards and when I refused to give them my name and instead asked what credit card company they represented, they hung up.

I continue to received calls daily from this number, no message.  Caller ID just says Nevada. I too am on the DO NOT CALL list.  How to stop these calls

they just called me too. I didn't answer. Wow a scam I'm so glad I did not answer, but if they ever call again the will get an earful!

Got a call from this number.  Caller ID said Nevada.  When I answered, said they were from Credit Card Services, so I hung up.  I hate this company.  As soon as someone tries to close them down, they move to another state.  The last state they were from when they called me was San Jose, CA.  Tried to caller reject this number, but Qwest Card Rejection Service said this number is not available for call  rejection.  What??  This is why I got Call Rejection!

Found this number on my cell phone which is registered with the "Do Not Call" list and only family members have my cell phone number.  No way of identifying this number.

I have received several calls on my cell phone from this number but have never answered any of them.

This number has been calling me since November. I talked to one of their representatives but couldn't get a company name or even the speakers name. I asked them to put me on their do-not-call list, but evidently they didn't, since I just got another call from them today. Next time though, I'm going to be prepared to fight back. Just do what this video does and apparently you can make money off telemarketers. Only thing I would add is to record the conversation if possible. I remember hearing about a guy near me who made a couple hundred thousand dollars by recording telemarketers and then suing them.

I just got a second call from this number -  the first time I told them -  not real sure as to why you are calling me - I DON'T OWN ANY CREDIT CARDS... and then they hung up -  I called back and got the "a recording said "Service for this number has not been established," and hung up.

received another call today from these MORONS.... and this lady was a BIOTCH... - asked her why she was calling... and she told me that they could reduce my rates etc on my cards... and I told her hmm that is very funny - I DON'T OWN ANY CREDIT CARDS.... so her reply was "why'd you answer the phone then... and hung up....

Another automated idiot caller, no one home upstairs!  This one was around early last year and "Heather" is just a name.  Heather last year sounded young, this one sounded middle age.  Sorry if they can't tell me what credit card they are talking about, I hang up.

I received a "missed call" on my cell, which was formerly a land line, from this number this morning, no message left on voice mail.  I have no doubt it was an automated dialer.  From the FTC's website, dated April 2005, "FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Automated dialers are standard in the industry, so most telemarketers are barred from calling consumers on their cell phones without their consent."  Problem is, with the ability to switch a land line number to a cell, I don't know that the telemarketing companies can  distinguish whether cell or land line.  IMO, the FCC needs to prohibit using automated dialers to ANY number.

I answered the phone at my elderly parents' home.  Got a recording saying there was not "currently a problem with our credit card, but to immediately call this number to avoid any further difficulties."

they keep calling and when you answer the recording tells you they are credit card services and can reduce your credit card interest rate.

This is a scam.

They say they can reduce credit card interest rate on ALL your credit cards and this is your last chance, then ask for your name. I refused to give out info and asked to know what company they were at which point they hung up.

I reported this to the Idaho Attorney General customer protection division. We'll see how fast these cockroaches can try and hide.

Called this morning, no one on the line, so I hung up.

Got call from this number today. ID said from Nevada.  I answered and got a recording that they could reduce my credit card APR to 3%.  It never said what credit card company they were.  I hung up.

This is apparently another Card Services scam, just like other numbers over the last few months.  They use verbage as if they are from your credit card company, but really want you to start an account with them, or so they say--they could be crooks, for all I know.  Don't give them any card or finance or identification information!
