Got a call from the same number within 2mins of posting an Ad on kijiji for an expensive item!
"email only! NO texts because of my job!" etc etc etc

Its almost midnight and she texted me and said not to reply but to send here an email to mariekeller520@gmail.com, number is the same 775-400-1448
I'm happy i checked this up, tks,

Kijiji scam- I posted a van for sale and received a text
"(1/2) 2003 GMC Savana Minivan still available for sale? Email me only at mariekeller520@gmail.com to have deal. Pls dont reply text due to the nature of my job"
SCAM- email hacker.

Ya same for me (mariekeller520@gmail). I replied to it telling them to go #@$& themselves and another (jamielarocque01@gmail), same crap. Im at work, please email me back.... Ya u go %%$$ u self too. This has been going on for years, I sold a truck on kijiji 2 years back and same thing. I imagine they hack your email or something if you reply to the given address. I would like to think there is action that can be taken on this, but since its been going so long I dont know?? Anoying!

I just received the same email and was suspicious about it as it seemed like the spelling and grammar was a little off. Well then... funny how it matched everything about my car that I was selling..... A little creepy if you ask me. Anyone ever find out any information on this crazy....???

I just received a text from this same number responding to my Kijiji ad from a "Marie" saying the same thing - to email her at mariekeller520@gmail.com and not to respond with a text due to the nature of her job. SCAM!

I got the same number txting me as well with the same intro etc, whoops I replied to it. well c what happens,

I received the message from "marie" as well and I also received one the other day that offered me an additional $1000 if I sold the item to the texter that day. Too good to be true?... That's what I thought, so I haven't done anything with it. the phone number for this was 587-782-5526 with the email micheal4hoben@gmail.com.

I bumped my ad up on Kijiji and within minutes got text from this number.  Same MO, email me at mariekeller520@gmail.com pls dont reply to text due to nature of my job.   Scammer!

She texted me in response to my ad as well with a different email though. mariekeller520@gmail.com

I received the same text message today from that number and the same name and email address

Appears to be using same MO as another Kijiji scam.  Marie with email goodlifepe@gmail.com Doesn't want texts due to nature of work... Right...
