Got this # yesterday at 3.16 pm. Caller ID says Not Known.

Recieved call.  Recorded message about a letter may have been sent to reduce credit card interest rate.

Automated dialer called where I missed body of message but was able to press a key and connected with someone who said he represented major credit cards.  He wanted to reduce my interest rates and went on to explain he could'nt use my card with out the security code from back.

Gave him a number he could call back after 5, but never returnded the call.

i know this number, it is a UK number but where someone calls from the uk our phones do not show the country code that goes with the number.  if you want to call them back dial 011 44 but with the 000 in the number it is most likely a scam call masked to look like it is coming from the uk.

Just a scam I go thru this all the time. These scammers just  look for people to cheat.

I also got a call on this number on 4/13
