Posted ad on Craigslist this week, started to get these calls. Interesting…  Automated voice on my voicemail press one to see if I am eligible for mortgage loan… Ha  :)

So this just happned to me, This is how the chain of events went down. I called an ad on craigslist about a car for sale. The guy said the car was sold, but I could hear other people in back ground talking. I said ok and hung up. Not even 4 seconds later after I hung up I got the call from this number, but I didnt answer it in time to hear any messages. When I called back it said it is a non working number than I did a search which led me here. I am also on do not call list. So did any of you call about something before hand?

Just received a call on my mobile! No message, but I tried to trace the call and reached this web site. Apparently, it's a SCAM.

Just gone one on a cell phone that is listed on the do not call directory.  I am notifying do not call now!  They mumbled something about credit services before I said a few choice words and hung up and then realized it was a recorded call.

I received the same call 8/17 from the fake 777-333-4447 number. Finally was transferred to someone answering 'approvals'. I asked what the call was about and was asked 'are you struggling on your mortgage?' and when I simply asked they guy with whom he was associated the call was disconnected.

Police in Florida know its a scam.

i just got the recorded message call on my home phone 8/11/2010.  i am on the national do not call registry so i went on line to report the # to the FTC.  i advise everybody else to do the same--even if you are not registerd on the national do not call list...because evidently recorded messages are a "no-no"
just google national do not call registry and follow the prompts.

I got this call yesterday on my cell phone.  No answer and they have called 4 times since then.

Same thing, received a call from this number, didn't answer but had a message about some mortgage scheme (SCAM). deleted the message before wasting my time listening to the whole thing. These are sissified wimps who prey on the unknowing and elderly. They stay anonymous because if found out who and where they were their next phone call would be muffled because of the metal bracing holding their lower jaw in place!!!

just got a call from them as well some guy said it was part of what president obama started to help people lower their interest rate or mortgage payment. when he asked me what my first name was I asked who he was with and he hung up. I smell a Scam!  american guy who should move his butt and company to Nigeria with all rest of the scam artists!  get a real job!

Got the same call today (8/9/10) and they tell you that this is a one-time offer from your mortgage company. They are definately a scam so don't give them any info

Got the same call. I pressed 1 to see what would happen. The lady picked up and I asked who my mortgage lender was. She said Ahhh Ohh and then hung up. Called back and v=can not get through.

Got a call at work and on cell from this number offering to help with mortgage?  I don't have a mortgage so a little suspicious to me!  Pre-recorded message and impossible to call back.  Anybody else get a call from this number??
