Did not answer - does anyone know what this is?

I got a call from this number telling me that i won a cell phone and asked me for my SIN number. Who the hell are this guys

please stop calling me , i speak french and i don't understand spanish..

they called my house saying that i won a 18 year free cell phone no charge and then she started asking for my address and bank number and everything i told her i was a police officer and then she said f*** you and she then hanged up

I'm getting call from this number on my cell phone.  I do not answer because I'm afraid they are trying to get an open line to connect to other long distant calls, by connecting to mine. pg

After I do a search for numbers like this and find out that they are telemarketers, when ever they call back, I answer like this, "Internal Revenue Service, Agent King speaking."  They always hang up.

I got calls from this number twice today. The first time they called my home phone and claimed the be some kind of home security company. The second time they called on my cell phone. I asked where they got my number from, they said their company list, and I asked them where they calling from, they tried to avoid the question. I told them that I am a police officer and I want to start a investigation on this number, they just hang up. Both calls made by persons who had foreign accent.

I picked up the phone because I wanted them to stop calling me.   They person had a foreign accent, and claimed to be from BGE (our electric company) and they wanted to lower my rates.   When they asked me for my name, I went off!   BGE should already know my name; and I do all of my correspondence with them online.  The man said he would email me the offer....yeah right.
