Did you call them?  We received a letter as well - amounts, but from a different sender the check is from an outfit in California.

recieved a check to cove a processing fee and insurance fees for $3,650.00
to rieve a winning for $528,750.00 out of oregon powerball,which I never played.And the check came from WEISS & ASSOCIATES PS
po bax 302 edmonds,wa 98020,and the agent to call is MR.David Baker in order to cash the check,I have to contact him.I live in tennessee and never been to oregon.

Did not get a call, received a letter with a check stating that I have won the Oregon Powerball 2008. I've never played.....Huh??
