I just hung up and didn't even bother to listen, but I did try to call them back with no luck to try and harass them!

Didn't answer. Got a voice mail saying i can get a cruise to the bahamas if I answer a short survey and end up on a million mailing lists for confirming the number. Added to Reject list

Got missed call just before a +44 spam call about free cruise.

Someone seems to be abusing this number to check whether phone numbers exist before spamming them from Skype-to-phone or something similar.

The National "Do Not Call List" is a farcical waste of time.   Get a phone  with a Call Block Function.  On Mobile Android by Samsung activate Call Block for unknown nombers... Other Droid phones download a call block app frpm Google Play Store... iPhones I don't know...  'swat I do.

They just called, saying he is Larry from some builders magazine, and wants to verify the company's information for some free subscription or something.
I told him I am not giving out any information, he says he already has the address I told him I am not verifying anything, but thank you for the call bye bye and I hanged up.

Me too, the guy told me his company was a contractor for Microsoft and my computer was not receiving Microsoft updates and that I should press the Windows Button and the R at the same time, asked him every question such as how did he get my number, and he said it was from the store I bought my computer from, so I asked him what store that was and he couldn't answer that question right, then I asked how he got my phone number and he again said it was from the store I bought my computer from, I told him that I didn't buy my computer someone else did and they had a different phone number.

he kept pressing for me to do as he asked, I just told him I wasn't interested and hung up the phone, what is weird is that some files on my computer went missing and my computer was acting up, I had to reset my modem and then everything worked fine again, but one file was missing.

I kept on asking what his company name was he said combsixo

No sounds from the other end. The caller ID is a local area code and prefix so I answered, but now will be screened and dropped if they call again.

got Unknown called 4-6 times per "midnight (usually between 2:30am-4:30am"and about few times per month  in the last few months.
and last night (at 3:15am) got the Unknown called once and then 778-328-6480 called once, than Unknown called 3 times within 4 minutes.
I only picked up the phone call once in couple month ago, but no one answer and quickly cut out the phone.
What is it???!!!!

This is a fake Windows Tech Support scam. Telling me there's something wrong with my computer and they're receiving error reports. Well joke is on them, because I have a Mac. VERY rude when I tried to get off the phone so already that was a dead giveaway. Bad karma for them!

778 328 6480 "Adam"   Microsoft....tried to convince me I had major viruses on my computer affecting their main server.   Then tried to get me to give them remote access through ammyy.com.   When asked to verify his identity he said he would do that at the end of the call but it was urgent that this be done right away.... really lousy SCAM!

yea i received one..he said he was calling from Microsoft and that he was receiving "error" messages from my computer and would i please go turn my computer on..little did he know my computer was already on! I

Received a call 2 minutes ago. They said they are calling from SPC and asked to participate in a short survey. The first question was whether we use blue recycling boxes :)  WHILE on the phone with them, another person called from the same company with the same question. lol
I rejected to talk to either of them.

" unknown number" he called at 6:00 a.m., said he was from windows and it was an emergency, I had to turn my computer on & follow instructions on how to fix this problem. I hung up on him

Just got a call from this guy, said he knew who it was... then I said no I don't. He said its Mike but he was talking so quietly I couldn't hear him. Then he said you gave me your number?????? uhhhh STRANGE!!!!

just got a call from this number at work. it's a credit offer. looks like the number is used by several telemarketing projects.
