Legit Alarm company * Reliance* you are obviously on their call list for your current job or a previous job where you were listed from either your boss or you yourself were a manager to be listed for alarm senerios....They will give you a 1-800# to return the call and a refernce #, if they do not receive a call from you, Relaince goes down the list of the *call list* for the company you work for...........Its a security feature for alarms, majority of Liquor stores within Alberta deal with reliance!

We tried to figure out the call after the smoke alarm went off.  Nobody was there when we answered.  Seems Pretty stupid that an alarm company doesnt deal witht the critical phone

This is a totally Legit company. The big chain dollar store I work for uses them in their stores.

This is an alarm company responding to a problem. I understand that it's an outgoing line only (probably on a business phone with many lines). In order to call them back you have to know the 1-800 number for the monitoring station.

they called me at 6 am EST (im in toronto) which is 3am in vancouver, this cannot be legit since what purpose do they have in calling toronto

It is Protectron (a.k.a. Stealth Alarms) response center.  Call them back at 1-800-653-9111, they are responding to a trouble alert or alarm for which you are on the call list.

Yes. Its a legit company- call to alert if there is a security breach if you have their alarm system installed.

Verified that this is a legit call from alarm company. (Reliance Protectron. aka Voxcom..etc)  They left me voicemail with 1-800 call back number and reference number.  I was not able to answer the call, so they went down my contact list and called the next person.

They called me 3 times in the early morning 3am, 5am and 7am I was asleep and they left messages saying they were a security monitoring company and they received a "signal" the guy in the message had a british accent and seemed very nervous, they called my cell phone and I don't have an alarm system and I found it a bit fishy. They gave me a number (1-800-653-9111) and then gave me an extension, I never called them back.

Called me at 2:56 AM on my Black Berry.  We moved offices over the weekend, they were informed but can'tunderstand I will not respond to an alarm at the old office or understand that we have moved.

Got call from this phone number over the weekend.  They told me they were my alarm company and that there was a problem with my alarm system.  They asked me for my password.  I gave it to them which was unfortunate.  As it turned out there was no problem with my alarm system and I have since changed my password and I have notified all my neighbors, the police, and mny alarm company about this matter. When I try to call this number back all I get is a busy signal.  It is an unlisted number which sounds very suspicious to me.

This is is a fire/security monitoring company out of Vancouver.
They called me this morning to report a "trouble status" on the panel in my condo building. They're legit

Called my company blackberry/ cellphone number on Sunday Sept 23 @ 11: 31. No message left.

Phoned twice.  First one at 5:30 am.  then 8:30 am.  Hang ups.  Tried to phone back always busy.

called at 4:44 am then hung up

Calls and hangs up on me and everyone who answers.
