I got and unauthorized charge for $79.95 which was after I cancelled the accound and then they charged me $85.95 and I have called and called and they all tell me I am getting my refund but its been over a month and i havent gotten my refund.

ordered for husband, didn't work,sent back product in May trying to get refund not successful, sent e-mails,cancelled credit card used for order so not to be charged again, gave new information back in August to get refund still not satisfied no credit, tell me to check with my bank takes 5-8 business or may take a month, been on phone with my bank every week since May and still no results. E-mailed billrep11@gmail.com still nothing. Company needs to provide better service to stay in business and follow their "Terms and Condidtions" for customer satisfaction.

Since June i keep telling them to !@!#$##ing cancel it but they don't, and then they charged me without sending it and then i returned it and they gave me a number and ive emailed every single employee and even today they sent another one, seems like nothing is getting through to them.

I keep getting the same Melanie Scott person as well, she has even told me that a refund was issued and that I should now check with my bank.  today, I told her I wanted the name and contact information of the person who told her my refund was issued.  we'll see what she comes back with next.

I looked very carefully for fine print and "checked" boxes that would state I would be charged further and there weren't any.  I have been fighting with this company for almost two months now to get my refund - because I returned the product back to them and I am still out $166.00 and have no product to show for it.  the only good news is that they did cancel my "subscription" and so i have not been charged more.

I have the same promblem, only I got hit twice. Once from Topstar- Herbal for $79.95. Then from Eliteperoffer for $85.90, plus 2 NSF Fee's of $30.00. Total of $225.85.I have yet to go to the bank, but I will be doing that today.

You probably work for these scammers and that is why you're sticking up for them.
I called and emailed etc. and they kept saying that they will cancel orders and stop billing me. They didn't and continued until I cancelled my credit card. THIS IS A SCAM and I don't care what you say about the web-sites and their fine print, etc. Any reputable company wouldn't treat its clients the way this one did - and maybe you should read this site to see how many of us got caught into this trap. They should be put into jail and charged. I'm out over $500 US dollars - for a free trial sample!!!!

I cancelled my debit card and toldmy bank about the unauthorized charges to the tune of $420.00 USD. The bank told me that becuase I authorized the initial purchase there was no way they could refund any of the charges taken from the account. BBB can't find the company and the FBI has been searching for the people for MONTHS. All this started happening to me back in February 2009 and I'm still getting those AUTO-REPLY messages from melanie.scott16@gmail.com The way I see it... Cancel your credit/debit card and be prepared for the loss of whatever they have gotten from you so far. They will not cancel your account and continue making charges as long as the card is active. 2 choices... Continue to be ripped of or cancel your cards to stop the madness and take the loss. yah they tried to scam me too. i never received product after being charged 5.95 for free trial. thats why i only use prepaid cards online. i saw this and went straight to atm and emptied the card and got a new one. they have since tried to charge my card several times for different amounts around 80 bucks...sure hope somebody finds them and cuts their throats...

Many thanks to everyone who posted here.  I too got this stuff because a friend sent it to me in a yahoo off-line message saying they has lost X #'s.  I left it in the post office until the day it was to be sent back and decided to sign for it.  I got a really bad feeling about it when the receipt had no contact information or at least none in English.  I don't read Chinese symbols.  I attempted to call the number on my bank statement several times with zero response, not even a ring.  I decided to do some checking on-line and found this page.  I just cancelled the card I used to make the purchase.  Best of luck to them if they attempt to access my account.  Another lesson learned, for sure!!

Hey guys. I'm working for security and prevention department of a bank and credit card. Just want to let you know that if you guys using any credit cards with those business, call your bank and make them change your credit card as a preventive mesure. Since you guys have never authorised those amount there's no way they will refuse replace your card.

Trust me, I have seen a lot of those transactions lately, and all our customers will get their money back. So don't panic and call your bank =)

I have had this same issue.I cancelled my pills via email. I received the excuse that I needed to try it longer. I have sent requests for cancellations several times and they reply every time with a list of terms and conditions. There has to be something they can do??? I will continue to watch this site but if anyone has any info, please email me at mlstillions@hotmail.com. I have called all 3 of the numbers listed here and have had NO response???
