This was from a travel agency offering "a free cruise to the bahamas" if I answered a short survey.  It was the zillionth time I got this call, but this time I listened to the end, and they gave an option to dial 9 to be removed from their phone list.  Hopefully they're not lying.

Call the Oppostion Party Leaders in Ottawa its a toll free number: 1-866-599-4999 this links you to the Federal Library of Parliament Public Information Services. You then ask them to contact to ANY Minister or Senator's office as long as its on the Hill.

You can ask even for the prime Minister's Office. Use it that's what your paying for with your taxes and then call CBC Television or an another television network. If your too lazy to do this stop the bitching and live with it....

Je suis en chr... comme vous, moi ce matin j'ai eu cet apppel alors que j'étais dans un profond sommeil, il était 1heure 15 am.
Il y a surement une façon de porter plainte à quelque part...
En tout cas je  vais fouiller pour trouver, croyez moi..

Je ne veux plus recevoir d'appel de ce numéro. C'est toujours un répondeur anglophone qui me parle à l'autre bout !

Thanks for the info all. I reported this number as well to info@antifraud.ca. I really dont care who is exempt from calling people on the do not call list, I refuse to  do any kind of business with anyone who calls my home, and that i did not give my number to,regardless of who they are. Period

This is a marketing company with an automated message saying if you answer these marketing questions, you will get a free Bermuda Cruise holiday. And THAT IS A QUOTE!!!

Fraudulent a$$holes are what they are. Put them on a block list. They are calling from the 778 code and that is supposed to be around greater Vancouver, BC, Canada

In the last 7 days they do not leave messages....we have been away so noticed this pattern on our call display....in initial contact they did leave messages....this is a waste of time ....let's try call blocking

This number calls a few times a day.  It says it is a research.  It is an unwanted call

These numbers are mobile numbers in British Columbia...Vancouver, Surrey and surrounding area.
I would like these calls to stop even those I am on the Do no call list.

Today is Aug.14/12 When I was talking to the operator she said to phone the do not call list if you have registered for it and add all the calls you don't want to call again. I have lots of them to get caught up on....Anytime you get one of those calls you have to add them regardless if you already added them. American numbers don't count....

I have 6 calls from basically the same numbers except the last 2 numbers are different. I am so fed up that I don't answer the phone anymore. Only if I recognize the number. I let my answsering machine pick it up and when it does no one answers. I was talking to the phone operator and she said that they are computerized calls and if you say "hello", then it kicks in and starts yapping. If your ans. machine answers it won't say anything.

they use different variations; but it is the same s***. Calling them long distance so they stop will not work. This will just confirm you have a valid number and they will call again. Why something so well documented cannot be stopped by the police is beyond my understanding.

Man do I detest these junk calls to my cell phone.  I have a high powered shrill whistle nearby.  And last time around I expect I took the bi***'s hearing out.  Made my day!!!

If you have call display - don't answer, I pick up the receiver then hang up. ( They still call back!)

I got a call this evening at 6pm supper time on a Sunday. I am was on the do not call list but a ;lot of good that does.

Am thinking of investing in a blocker that you hook-up to the phone and it blocks all computer calls.
