Don,t call me ever again

I have had a zillion recorded calls from Roberta at Constant Research Network, generally on a daily basis. I would like them to STOP immediately

Constant research network - Roberta - calls with an automated message at least 3 times a week, sometimes more frequently.  This is driving me nuts!

I have been receiving calls from 'Roberta' for a few weeks from the above number, also 514-447-3884 (6.18 p.m. Sept 4) and 778-785-6230 (2.56 p.m. Sept 3),
Although I heard her say to press 9 to be removed from the call list, I am reluctant to do so, as in the UK there have been similar messages where pressing a number caused charges to appear on the phone bill. I am on the 'no call list\ but it doesn't seem to do any good

I have been receiving calls from "Roberta, Constant Research Network" from the following numbers (call display) for more than a week:

Caller is a recording, identifies herself as Roberta of Constant Research Network; each time advising that my home was selected for a survey.  Previously I didn't answer or answered and immediately hung up.  Today I listened for more info and advised to press "1" to participate and win a cruise to the Bahamas and "9" to remove number from their call list - I pressed "9" and received recorded msg confirming removal - hopefully this works - I have already filed a complaint with the CRTC - Do Not Call Registry as calls are made outside the hours permitted for a survey.  This is not a legitimate survey, it is a nuissance, likely involves auto-dialling and smells like a scam.

These people have been calling everyday!  I am on the do not call list.  I am furious with this f'ing bs.
It's always the same Roberta.  I just hang up. But how do we get them to stop?

This is the national do not call list. It won't stop all spam but can stop some. Start there.

This company -Constant Research network has been calling twice a day fir the last week, recorded message from "Roberta" We are on the do not call list ,which doesn't seem to do a thing! Call is from a new number 778-785-6242. Believe this may be scammers. Am disabled and find it hard enough to get to the phone without this added harassment. How can one stop this stupidity?

Roberta from Constant Research NEtwork calls every afternoon. I NEED HELP ! She wakes the kids up!

Three early morning calls, all recorded messages from Roberta, all before 7 am. Company is Constant Research Network. This needs to stop!

Got a call at 3AM in early August 2012, and another one tonigh August 29th, at 9PM . An automated voicemail - in English - from Rebecca or Roberta from Constant Research Network.

Everyday. I mean EVERY day The phone rings, I go to pick it up. I look. I see Ontario. I think it's my sister. But then this freaking pre-recorded. message saying "I'm Roberta from Constant Research Network. You have been chosen to do a survey-" I hang up there, you know why. Don't B.S. Me lady. I know you are a scammer. How do I get rid of these annoying people!! I'm tired of it.

I did receive calls from Constant Research Network, but from a different number : 1-647-247-1758. They also claim to be "Constant t Research Network".  They also promise a free cruise.  When I ask them how much this "free cruise" will cost me they don't answer or they hang up on me.  Since I am un Québec, if I ask them to speak French they just hang up.
They called me once or twice a day for two weeks now! There definitely is abuse!

Roberta from "Constant Research Network" has been calling and leaving messages at my home about a cruise for about 6 months now. There are various phone numbers being used, the one listed above, as well as 778-785-6230 and 778-785-6198. I find it extremely annoying that this person can call me whenever she wants and i have no way of contacting her. I have to delete the stupid message daily. When i do attempt to call the number, a recorded message asks me to do a survey; there is an option to "decline" the survey and supposedly, one will then be removed from their list permanently. Doesn't work. I tried that too. Help please.

We have had 3 calls before 7 am this week ( summer holidays - sick kids - trying to sleep in for once ). Does anyone know how to stop this; is the Do Not Call Registry worth a try? We don't really want to unplug the phones at night. Thanks.

Roberta from Constant Research Network calls at all hours of the day or night and wakes us up. She calls from 647-367-8846. How can we stop her?

Roberta from Constant Research phoned me at 6 am today.    I need to know how to stop this from happening.  I do not want these calls.

I'm tired, because" Roberta" at  Constant Research Network calls at 2:30 A.M.!!!!! Caller ID or not, does not stop the phone from ringing. I need the ringer ON...my parents are aged with hired help at night. This kind of harrassment, total disregard for anyone, ignorance and GREED! needs to stop. Obviously, the "DO NOT CALL" list is archaic!! In this age  of technology there must be an answer. Any ideas?

This number called me this morning.  I let it go to voicemail as I do not answer calls I don't recognize.  I subsequently blocked the caller.

I am registered with the Do Not Call Registry but have noticed an increase in telemarketing calls in recent months.  Is anyone enforcing breaches of the Do Not Call regulations?

I received a call from this telephone number. I let it ring six times. My telephone answering machine then kicked-in. The caller left no message. I live in Prince George, B.C., Canada. I don't answer calls from people I don't know.  Stop telemarketing spam.

Called at 9:30 am and did not leave a message.  I did not pick up as did not show any company name.

Just had this one.  No message left.  Yesterday had one from 778-785-5199, maybe the same outfit?

Just called and left no message.  This NPA-NXX combination (778-785) has recently been used by scammers.
