Scam!  I got the same call.  I kept telling the person to stop talking and tell me what company they worked for, and they said Disney promotions but it's an unknown number.  She kept on yapping about what I would get and kept on asking me to give them the go ahead to charge my VISA BEFORE sending me anything through email.  Duh.

I got a call from this number today. "Priscilla" stated I won an all inclusive trip to Disney World Florida. she knew my postal code and that I have a VISA. Stated the trip comes with a free rental car she just needed my VISA card and Drivers license. I asked several times to be removed from the call list, she said "I don't have a call list just your winning entry!" I certainly never entered to win a trip and she kept talking over me. I have reported this call to the police.

When you  call back,  you get a "thank  you for calling our shipping  department.  Hold the line while we get the details  so we can  deliver  your package to you."  I would imagine you  could be on hold for quite some time, racking up long distance  charges.
I haven't ordered anything, so there is no package  that needs to be delivered.
I beleive this call to be a scam.
