How do you know they can't affect your credit?

They are a collection agency for the city trying to get you to pay your unpaid parking tickets. If unpaid they CAN NOT and WILL NOT affect your credit rating, all they can do is harass the crap out of u with annoying mail and phone calls from numerous different numbers. Their name is ARC or Accounts Recovery Corporation!
Just ignore!

They are a collection agency and deal with parking tickets issued from the city...unpaid tickets go to ARC or Accounts Recovery Corporation to be collected, however all they can do about this is harass u with annoying phone calls and mail, they CAN NOT and WILL NOT affect your credit rating if unpaid!!

How do you know the calls are from a debt collector, if there are no messages left?

I am being harassed by the caller with consistent calls leaving no messages either. Hypocrites hide behind Toll Free numbers to harass innocent people and I hate this. I need a stop to these calls please. I work in a Law Firm and I AM NOT IN DEBT TO ANYONE!

They say in their message that "this is not a solicitation." Why do these guys phone then? Making contact to do business is "solicitation." Period. Total scammers. Another scammer on "ignore."

These guys don't even bother to call. They get a machine to do it. When you try to call back, there is nobody there. They claim not to be soliciting anything, yet they phone. Sound fishy to anyone else? I pay all my bills on time and have no notices of anything being amiss with any account that I do business with. So.... with a name like Accounts Recovery Corporation, this sounds somewhat real, but more like a REAL SCAM.

Calls my cell phone multiple times but never leaves a voicemail? Who is this at this number?
