Take the check to the bank and deposit it into your account, and after that call me when the check is deposit into your banking account. Call me when it is done. And I will give you further instruction on how to claim you winnings.

I received the same letter.  Tell you what - I will go ahead and cash my check and just keep my $4K - you can keep my $250K and we will call it even!!  Oh, by the way, the fact that dead president Warren G. Harding signed my check is a miracle - I wonder if the Smithsonian would like a copy of my check!! I wonder if Toronto police would since that's where this Willingdon Avenue is... or should I say Mississauga ON - since it is apparently the exact same address for Becky Sage just a few towns over.  How convenient - i bet a ton of money is saved on letterhead that way!! Funny how all the addresses are ON or Texas and yet the phone number is Vancouver British Columbia.  Thanks for the $4K!

What did you find? We have just recieved the same thing and are starting to look in to it.

Received a letter stating that i won $250,000.00 .  Inside there was a check from Wilson Industries,Inc. Houston,TX. in the amount of $4,890.00 made out to me.  The letter stated that I was to deposited this check into my account and then call Kevin Jones at 1-778-858-0069 and then and only then would he advise me on how to claim my prize.  Do they think i would be that dumb not to investigate this. I really think the governments should get more involed in these scams.
