Called for my wife. When asked who they were, replied with "just a community courtesy call, no message." When I requested that he not call again, he just laughed and disconnected.  

This has been phoning me for number of times asking for money for charitable purposes.

Calls daily. I say that the person she is asking for is not in, can I take a message. And it's always no I will call later.

We have been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis lately.  Calls from numbers we do not recognize are not answered since so many are calls soliciting donations - these should be banned because they prey on people's consciences   If we wish to make a donation to any given cause/charity, we will - in our own time.

Lately we have been receiving calls from this number.  We no longer answer calls from numbers we don't recognize because they usually turn out to be solicitation calls for donations to any number of charities, etc.  We resent being put on the spot to donate.  We choose where we wish to donate.

They called for a mister <my last name here> whith the first letter M. There are no males in my family with the first letter M. They wanted $96 to fill 5 shopping carts for charity and then when i said no they tried to make me feel bad and then 'donate' $48. I googled the number and no such charity came up. Gonna do some more looking before I file a report for the police. Btw 780 area code is Northern Alberta, Canada

Just got a call from them, asking for me by badly pronounced name. Said they're calling from a local charity and asked if I am the wife.  I told them they have the wrong number and hung up.

yet another number that calls all the time.  Adding to my blocked list.  I wish someone would track these jerks and fine them all for not complying with the DO NOT CALL list!

Number called me twice. Didn't leave a message.

Called me twice today,once while I was out in the morning and just 10 minutes ago.
I picked up the phone to see who it was...claimed to be from a charity helping children.
I am so sick of getting all these calls from these scammers claiming to be charities.

I never pick up, but it calls my number more than once a day.

We have two lines in our house and we get calls from this number on both lines within seconds of one another. I have tried to hold on and speak to someone but as soon as you try to complain they disconnect. It's like I am trapped with no way out!!!

They called this morning. It was first time ever.
