Just got a call from that number, it rang twice and when I answered, nobody was there - lucky for me.....

It's a scam they say in a recording "Thank-you for participating in our online survey, you have won one of three prizes, press 1 to claim or 3 to be taken off the list" which we all know now if we press any numbers then we will be bombarded with phone scams so my advice is to ignore this call.

Called my cell.  No message.
I checked Telus online (780 is administered by Telus) and this has neither a business or person listing.
