I received and unsolicted email from Mr Oliver Johnson asking for an email reponse. The phone number is 780-628-5301.

Well, my email asking me to please call that number to 'claim the estate of my relative' was from a Roy lol.

Received a message from Roy Christian to call regarding a family member's estate, said it was a second notice.

I I received the following email from780-628-5301 on May 19, 2011 which apparently is a scam.  One would be wise to not call this number back:

I got an e-mail from with this phone number

received a spam mail saying he wanted to discuss a dead relatives money.....
Useless assed SPAM that just abuses the internet and e-mail system.
I wish I could get my hands around his throat - this crap would slow down then as there would be one less a***ole sending crap out.....

Funny how Pudknockers will try and reel you in with headings such as "In reguards of family matters" thinking you're going to respond.  NOT!!!  Get a grip,  my family qould rather see me dead than contact me!

Oh, I forgot to mention...
    They knew my first and last name. But now it seems that since Oliver didn't work with you guys, they're having PATRICK try. Of course this is a scam.  I came to this site as soon as I got the 2nd email (yes, I did get one earlier, but I always delete these kinds of emails) and then when I got this 2nd one, I thought I'd better check the site to see if others were receiving the same email. I HOPED that it was true (I sure could use some money)... and yesterday my horoscope said "YOU WILL NOTE THAT AN UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT POINTS TO A NEW DIRECTION". So, I was all ready for an unexpected windfall. (LOL)  But I guess this won't be it.  
    I absolutely LOVE this site.  It has, on many occassions, saved my behind from having to deal with SCAM artists and relentless collectors.  :-)

I got this today. First off, when they send you an e-mail and don't even know your name (pretty sure it's NOT "Beneficiary") you know it's a FRAUD!!!  And i never got an earlier e-mail. Any Estate looking for you will know your name and how to contact you, and it's usually through a lawyer. Please be careful!

Well I do believe if this was anyone important he would have contacted me by mail since he does have my address. His grammer is terrible.

received an email from this person also to discuss our family's estate and finances.  The message was somewhat in broken English.  the call back number is 780-628-5301. I will not call them back.  

I forwarded the email to the FCC for further investigation ( spam@uce.gov)  and blocked it from our emails.

I received the same thing and thanks to your post. I was able to send something real nasty back to them. These people need to stop trying to scam others. The email doesn't even look legit.

I received and email from Johnson Oliver regarding a late family member's estate.  He asked that I verify the account, provided the acct# and pin, requested I keep this confidential, and contact him again once the account was verified.  Seems a little suspicious.  Not going any further with this.

I also received the following e/mail message, but before that I received a text on my cell phone:
