Woman in East Indian/Pakistani accent called about computer services. I hanged up and told her I don't want to be bothered.

This number calls me around 10 am everyday. I don't answer it, when i tried calling back and it just said number wasn't in service.

I received a call from a scammer claiming to be from this company "LV Cloud9" which originally came up as caller ID "01", and when asked, she gave me a call back number  of 1-713-357-6334. She said she was calling from Mississauga, but 713 is the area code for  Houston. She claimed she was tech support and was going to help me fix my computer. After I swore at her and hung up on her, she called me and the area code showed this number 780-638-2262. She asked "What happened ma'am" and I swore at her and hung up on her again.

Just called, broken english asking me to go to my computer ect...said that I subscribe to windows and they are getting virus notifications from my computer, I need to follow his instructions. I tried asking a few questions, the man started getting upset, told him to take my # off his list !! SCAM, someone should report this to microsoft.

they called my cell but asked for my 10-yr son by name. when i quaizzed reagerding their concern they kept asking for him by name then asked me who i was. when i told them who i was they hung-up. Poor english, sounded like a girl in her teens, lots of noise in background, someone yelling at kids to be quiet. French African is my guess...Would not disclose what it waas, Son has no credit or banking info, but heavy internet user.

I got a call from "Martin" who told me that some virus was being downloaded into my computer and he had to help me fix it.  He wanted me to go on line and he would walk me through the steps.  I asked for his surname and his office phone number as shown on his business card.  He hung up.

Indian call me to help me to fix my computer. But he want to hack my computer. Never do what he said.

This is the second time I've received a call from these people.

Today, I saw them calling (didn't recognize the number at first) as I was on the other line and then tried calling them back. There wasn't even a ringing tone when I tried calling.

The first time they called there was a lot of commotion in the background, a long pause before anyone spoke (and when they did, it was very broken English with an Indian accent). He told me my computer had been infected with a virus and they could help me fix it if I gave them information. As soon as they said their first sentence, I knew it was a scam and called them out on it. He quickly hung up. I am now wishing I would've gone along with what they were saying..to get more information from them. I looking forward to what my husband will say to them, when they call for the third time.

they called one morning for my son telling him about trips to foreign places and saying that they would send him a $100 gift card along with coupons. when he asked how they got his name and if he had signed up for something and they hung up. he told me what happened so I tried *69 and it just becomes silence.

We are continually getting calls from this company with no one on the other end, woith just a hangup.. They start at 730 am and continue throughout the day!

This is a part of a phone scam.  They are phoning to convince people to download a piece of software that will allow them to connect to your computer.  I would suspect not only are they attempting identity theft but they are also attempting to control your computer and perhaps your bank accounts etc.

This number called but I answered because it looked like a local telephone number (from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada). They asked for me by name. They said it was the "Redemption Centre" and said that as a loyal Visa, Mastercard, American Express card user, they are rewarding me with a $100 Petro-Canada gift card and two free airline tickets to Miami etc. I have a feeling they have my name and number because I fell for a Facebook scam awhile back where I signed up to get a pair of free Toms Shoes :(

Calls work number at least once a day. We just answer with the business name so he has no idea the name of the person answering. He asks to speak to the supervisor or business owner. I tell him either no one is here and ask to take a message or tell him that he needs to call our main office and offer him the number. He refuses both options and hangs up. Also in very broken english.

This is the "Montreal Redemption Centre" in Quebec.  The lady said that I was eligible for redemption prizes and this was due to me using my debit or credit card in a store such as Wal-Mart.  I asked her to give me the name of who sold my information to them and she refused to tell me.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.  Told her I was calling the police as soon as I hung up and that they better not call again.

Man with heavy east-Indian accent called. Said my computer was going to crash and he could help stop the problem. Scammer. Hang up.

Have had this number call twice in two days.  Both times it was a hang up call.

Got a call asking to speak to me. She knew my full name. I did not acknowledge but asked who was calling. She said she will call back. Suspected something fishy so looked up the number on google and got this website

please investigates these fraudulent people , please whoever you are please do not call me anymore .

I just got a call from them and they were saying something The Redemption Centre and wanting to send me stuff.  I couldn't really understand the woman so of course said I wasn't interested.  Though she did have my name.

Several calls received; they have both mine and my husband's first initial and last name. They hang up on my husband after confirming our initial and last name. I don't pick up when they call. When the answering machine comes on, they hang up. Several calls were received where there is silence on their end.

Its 3:23 Pm I got a call from this number but I did not aswer it so I did not reconize the number only that it had
a 780 area code so I think its some scam or something  so I looked it up on the internet & got this site.

This company said it was the Redemtion Center.  They wanted to send me airline tickets, petro-canada gas coupons for 100.00 and some coupon books, they asked for my credit card number to pay $1.95  for shipping and handling.  SCAM  She said it was from Montreal, however the phone exchange is Alberta

I guess a new company is using this number, I got a couple calls on this number from Savers City/Holiday Savers wanting to send me coupons. They have websites under both names with telephone numbers (not this phone number) for member services and office addresses, don't know if it is a scam or just a crappy company but according to internet complaints (http://www.scambook.com/company/view/88747/SaversCityca) it doesn't seem worth the effort. They said they were calling using "voice over internet" so maybe this number is just a general internet number thing, like one of those random numbers generated from Skype or something.

please delete this caller from my phone number  of 780-718-4673  as I get numerous calls a day with no one on the other end very annoying

call display showed this number - call made at 1:04 am. no message. This info on the internet is valuable. I never give personal info to a caller so they would have gotten nothing from me but good to know it is a scammer as i will not bother trying to call back or be concerned that someone i know had something serious enough to call at that time of morning. It was the AB area code that got me concerned.
