(couldn't understand the name) from Gatineau, Quebec, I am only asking one question and I'm not trying to sell anything and you may be reimbursed for this call. Please press 1 if you have a land line, and 2 if this is a cell phone only household.."
I hung up after that.

apparently some sort of survey. just answer it and put on a porn and put the phone up to it. Make sure its a raunchy one though. Lots of smacking and spitting and slappin. Have a good one.

I missed the call and googled it... I just read most of these comments and must say that I'm disappointed... I live in Fort Saskatchewan, but I'm going into Edmonton after I get my phone number report and set these punks straight. Just got a call on my cell from +17807020874 and didn't get to the phone in time. When I called back it was just a dial tone - must be some type of web phone spoofing service. Don't bother answering.

I got this call on my work line. I let it go to voicemail. No message. 4 minutes later I got the same call on my blackberry. My mobile number is in my work line voicemail message, so there's a real person on the other end. I called it back, and got a dial tone so started hitting numbers, then #, then waited. I eventually got a message saying that Primus was unable to complete my call as dialled, and to call Primus customer service.

I just got this call about 10 minutes ago.  I'm at work and so didn't answer my cell....googled it and found this out!  Wierd chit!  Will def. not answer any of these calls and will check out the iphone app to block it if it becomes a problem.

Keeps calling me everyday.  Fax Machine tones when i pick up.  Try calling back and phone just clicks.  This number drives me insane.  Stop calling me.

Just got a call from this number to my unlisted cell phone number. No message was left. I called back from my work land line, and all I got was a dial tone. Glad I wasn't near my cell phone to answer it at the time!

i thought it was just another bs number but i found out that it was my mom using a calling card soo in the case of the prank calls it was probably just some joker burning up some card

This number called my cell on Aug 3/10 at 12.20pm, a Chinese woman kept asking me if I speak Chinese? I answered why, and she started speaking in Chinese. Wth???
Told my fiancee about this, and he said the same number called his cell few days earlier, but he didn't pick it up.

Just got a call from this number, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer, they never left a msg, hopped onto google and found this page...can't believe this number has been calling so many random ppl for so long?! Good thing i didn't pick up...waste of minutes!

It's boardwalks way of reminding you that you owe them rent money ....ya like we didn't know lol ....so they just use that number because all their stuff is automated just like the notices they send out with the flunkie apartment managers.

yup, just found this site, been getting this call between 2am and 630 am. pretty bad..
If I could find out who or where, I would do things to them that would make the news for years to come.
but now they are on my radar, it wont be long. I will find them.
