Don Iveson Edmonton mayor election campaign callers - more spam - argh

Got a call from this number. When I answered, an automated message played saying, "My debit card could be involved in fraudulent activity, and to verify information to prevent charges." Total scam. I'm sure they would've asked for the card  and PIN #.

Got a call from7808090795 tonight. Who are these people?

i just received a call from this number and it says the caller is CC9.  i dont normally pick up the phone if i dont know the caller.

got a call from 780-809-0795 no message, shows up as cc11. Prank or scam i believe.

I have exactly the same problem for the last 7-8 days. I am calling my service provider to block this number.

I just had on too come up under CC10 I didn't answer either and shockingly no message!

Please stop calling.

Got a call twice in 10 minutes from 780-809-0795 cc 18, they hang up as soon as we go to answer. Don't know who they are.

I got the phone call July 19 for the last time.  ID said CC 9 and number was 780-809-0795. Really annoying, Never answered the phone.

I just received a call from that same number as well and the display said CC19.I don't answer these calls either.

i got a guy calling me from this number saying is this _____ My name and said I won  50.000 home makeover I hung up I think it is a phone sacandle! c6

This number came up as CC4 on my phone I didn't answer left no message.

I think it was Direct Buy  - another scam,  they want me to pay the markup on product up front and order trough them for all sorts of stuff.  Great idea? NO!  realize just how much money you have to spend to start to make a saving... I will stick with Costco, it is cheaper.  And my call display number was cc 18.  do I win anything?

I been getting this number  twice a week   CC 5    PH # 780- 809- 0795

what part people don't understand ENGLISH  leave a message after the beep.  

Enough of prank or telmarkerting period.

I have received calls from this number on 7 June, 8 June (thrice), 9 June (twice) and today 15 June. It comes as CC 19. Whenever I say hello, either the caller hangs up or says "Sorry I must have reached a wrong number"!!! It is becoming real annoying.

Yes I just got a call too, but mine came up CC19, same tried to call back, busy tone, stupid

It came up as "CC2" as well. It calls us at least 2 times a day, and when we pick up, no one answers. This is getting to be pretty annoying. Does anyone know how to stop calls like these?

It came up CC2. I put the guy (East Indian Accent) on hold and he must have hung up. I tried to contact him to apologize, but I  just got a  busy signal after a long delay.
I suggest putting him on hold to get rid of him!! Probably a telemarketer.

I'm getting calls from this number too. Whenever I answer no one says anything. Usually it only rings 2 or 3 times
