Just got that very same call tonight lol

We recently got contacted and my wife bought one.  Now I am checking into the company because I don't beleive things he said.  I was wondering where I can find the product and manufacturer details.

They did the same to my elderly father with dementia. Called him offered a gift  claimed the machine would help his dementia. The salesman had my fathers check book in his hand! Disgusting, he was about to sign a cheque for thousands when we got their and asked him to leave.

They just called me and tried the survey trick. I do not do surveys and my family and friends do not give out my information to anyone. This is scam behavior, not a good sales tactic.

Honestly if you can get a machine for 100 good on ya. The company probly has rights to the zephyr in north america. When you run a company, you' ll know the purpose is to provide a product, service and warranty, but you can buy something for a 100 bucks and expect to pay your bills. Its the servicing and filters where its worth it, its a dynamite product. Let me guess you didnt buy one so you dont know. If you can buy a product, for a 100 dollars ship it, market it have employees and sell it. Thats pretty good but you cant with this machine.

Yup... we got the call today. My husband took the call when I was at work. They said the same about the survey and the $300 gift and serious pressure about the home visit and what kind of credit card we would like to use. <sigh>  Anyway, the name and number that came up on our call display was Eco Health Solutions at 780-486-1693. I guess they have a good number of telemarketers working for them.

Sounds like Eco Health Solutions has brainwashed you. It's a total lie about taking a survey...they're just cold calling. Nothing but telemarketers. I did report them but it obviously didn't do any good. They actually called again last night. "Arlene" was her name, the same one I told off repeatedly last summer. I asked her if she remembered me, she replied "No, I only started a couple of months ago". I called her a liar and she put me on with her manager. I told the guy to take my name off the calling list...we'll see if they call back or not. And if it's such a great company with great people, why aren't you working there anymore?

Yes it is true, I did manage to find the product and contact the manufacture, not only is their bogus claim of 3000 ft2 not true, I have a friend that bought into this scam and says that when you bring your machine in for service the charge you 40 bucks for a recycling fee, then he said he went to the dumpster and found a pile of filters, anyone who has been scammed bring in your machine without the filter in it. I have sparked an interested lawyer friend that specialized in fraud. Hope these b*****ds feel good when they have to call everyone of the people that they ripped off and pay them back. false claim after false claim. fraud fraud fraud = jail jail jail

The company lies about their product, they say it's good for 3000 sq ft when in reality, its only good for 535 sq ft, contact the manufacturer if you don't believe me.

i received a nuemerous phone calls from U ECO HEALTH SOLUTION  its b***s*** about your offers/survey etc. its a waste of time answering your calls U lied and Con so many people already i feel sorry to your workers  because U trained them to lie to people.... The company may be legit, but if the first thing they do is lie to us all about this survey we all apparently took, then they've lost credibility.  You don't have to be a redneck to understand simple human nature.  What an unfortunate comment for that person to make.   First thing out of the companies mouth was a lie.  So sorry, but they've lost credibility.

A female sales rep from Eco Air Systems knocked on my 73 year old, mentally unstable, father's door in June. The lady talked him into a air purifier. He told her he could not afford it but she played on his loneliness sitting and smoking with him saying she would come back in 2 days for a visit. My dad unplugged the system and put it back in the box. They have a 10 day return date. He says on the 10th day he was contacted and he let them know he does not like it and to pick it up. Eco Air Systems is claiming it was the 12th day. Thankfully he was able to stop payment through his bank and they have not received a dime. We have still not settled.

Was called by a lady name Nicole from Eco health solutions; she said, and  I quote; Is Lawrence Dieno there, I said, no, but you can speak to me. She said, well, our name was picked out of a draw, and we won, and they would like to drop a 300.00 gift off today, I said sure: she asked if she could ask a couple questions: of course this was after I said they could drop the gift off anytime because they were only going to be at my door for 2 min.; so she asked about 4 questions; one was about asthma, if we owned our own home and I'm thinking, why would she care?? So anyway, she said we both had to be home to collect this gift, it was company policy, yikes!!!! So, I set up a time. Then I googled the company, and they sell air purifiers; well holy holy hallelujah, now I know what this is about. so, I called the number on my phone, and got hold of Edmonton office,; told the guy; wished I could remember his name, well, anyway, told him about it, and said that his company was misrepresenting themselves, and I was not impressed, then he basically called me a liar and said his staff would not do that, well, to my surprise I said his staff did represent themselves. and I told him I didn't like to be called a liar, he said fine, I will give your gift to someone else; I said, you do that!!! I love in Beaverlodge, Alberta and this call took place middle afternoon on Dec. 3, 2013.

My first question would be, if you worked for them and their product is so great, why are you posted as anonymous....?????
That aside, one of their salesmen was just at our house... and yep, the product looked good, yes, my husband who has multiple medical conditions, noticed a difference in the air quality... not during the demonstration, but after it was turned off.  It works... can't say that all their claims are true, hard to say in a short demonstration with no research to  back up... but it did make a difference.  

My main issue is that the "deal" they offer is only good right at this moment.... my husband does not work due to his health so money has to be carefully considered in anything we buy... and yes, health considerations are very important, i agree with him on that, but that is a LOT of money on a limited budget... and we told him numerous times we do not make payments, but he kept coming back to "if your health is that important you will make an exception".... I do not like to be pressured into spending that kind of money.... after the call to the boss, he did offer us almost half price :) ... still, too much money to decide in half an hour.... we need time to talk about it and decide if it is the best use of our limited funds, not decide to do it and then talk....
we did get the "free gift"... free three day two night accomodations at a resort hotel.... of course, we would have to spend the money to get there and back and any other expenses... so not really free..... but a perk to have the hotel paid if we could afford to travel (which we can not)... he said we could give it to someone else and that it was good for a year... no begin or end date on the certificate, no names, just we have to send in for a voucher to claim... which means we put them in a friend or relative's home if we give it away.... um... ya.... great deal... NOT!

Ok look they do actually offer you a free gift if you STOP, take some time out and LISTEN to them about their product which you obviously didn't do in the first place or else there wouldn't be these comments. 1. you did do a survey that's how they get your info, 1 or 2 questions. Something your not going to remember do you remember everything you did or ate in the past 2 years? NO didn't think so. 2. you do get a free gift if you only give them an opinion on the bigger version of it 'bout the size of a foot stool. even if your not interested in the bigger one or buying it you still get your free gift..if your time is worth more than 400.00 well then congratufuckinlations Rockefeller sorry to waste your time. I bought one and i have the free gift, i put the gift in my car and i have the machine in my house, it's a 7 stage system, my husband has copd and when the rep was showing us how it worked in 20 mins my husband wasn't wheezing anymore. So shame on you selfish pricks who don't even consider your family with breathing issues.

hey i worked for them and if you actually listen to what they say its for real..when do you get paid for a 400 value for a bit of your time and your simple minded opinion?  If you actually listened and they say you just have to spend a bit of time and give your thought on the product you would have gotten your free gift.  Just cause your some redneck who cant comprehend what is being told to you, its not that company's fault.  I only worked there for 3 months cause of f*** tards like your self.  I seen plenty of people come in with COPD and breathing issues who bought the zephyr and were more than happy to have had a product like that.  So if you actually pay attention to what people say and not outright assume what is gonna be said and expect something else then you my friend should go live in a cave and get rid of your phone.  You are always gonna get called by people like them, but most of them will not be legit.  I am not working for them anymore but they are great people who have tremendous people skills to deal with goofs like you day in and day out.

They called 2 days ago and wanted to give me a $400 prize that I won for taking an air quality survey. I know I didn't do this so I decided to dig a little deeper. She said I would have taken this survey at a doctor or dentist office and wanted to send 2 people to my house. I said no thanks. So they called back yesterday and gave me the same pitch. This time she said I would have taken this survey in a grocery store.That was it...dropped a couple of F bombs at her and hung up. Obviously didn't come unglued strong enough, they called back 10 minutes later. Another round of curses and the morons called a third time. If they call back today, I'll tell them to send the sales team over...that might be fun.

Just answered their call by accident ( thought is was my friend) they offered me a 400.00 dollar gift Told me I won the Draw for doing a Survey. I received the call too and it was and is a scam.. Lady actually came to my house wearing perfume and anyone is works in this industry should know thats a major no no... then pretended her daughter has asthma and she had no clue on the puffers... I mistakenly let them in my home but they are gone and everyone needs to tell people they are horrible people to scam others in need of real help with asthma.  Shame on them and may karma hit them in the butt for it.

These guys claim that their Zephyr is the cats meow and then they run a pricing sham where they call the boss and lower the insanely high price to an amazing low monthly payment! And there is all this free stuff like 25 years of filters and free service if you buy today.... but only if you buy today! ANY deal worth getting is going to have the same price tomorrow after you have had time to think about it..... Bottom line...... Don't buy a Zephyr

From Eco health solutions of edmonton.  Said my spouse took a survey -first Lie.  Said I would get a free gift- when the sales team showed up and I said you can't come in the house, he left and I got no gift, guess that was lie two.  Turns out they sell for $1500 a air filter system that can be found online for $100-150. I guess that fals into the false representation category, also known as a lie -number 3. Reminds me of the vacuum sales of 20 years ago.  I bet I can get one of these air filters at a used store in a few months for $50.

Anyway I kept them busy for an hour and out of some else's hair.  What a good deed.
