Gets call from this 4-5 times a day, When you pick up, they hang up. Annoying. When you call goes to voice mail.

Called  today and when I answered I heard  a women on the line talking to someone else about some kind of animal with teeth like a rabbit that spits on you . I hung up I am on the do not call list and receive multiple sales calls every day.

Will be calling the UPS store to find out if they are acting as the registered agent? Might even call in the  the local police dept. to find out if they will assist in collecting the call information (i.e. call your local police dept., inform them of the calls, and they will probably assign you a short number to call after receiving a call from the harasser.)

Side note:anyone work for the Norfolk/Suffolk DA's office? Feel free to use this info to help stop the unsolicited calls.

Based on the volume of complaints against this egregious violator, I hope people start filing small claims court actions against them.

ugh. I'm getting hounded by these people too. they love to hang up on the machine and then call back that day or the next. enough already. would NEVER hire them.

I have been receiving phone calls from their phone # 781-339-9997 repeatedly.  When they get the answering machine they do not leave a message.  When I do answer I have to repeatedly tell them I DO NOT HAVE A CHIMNEY!!!!!!  STOP CALLING!!!!!

Melrose/  Calls near or after 8pm. Sick & elderly in house. Hangs up when message machine is on. I have run out of call blocking on comcast (*60).. I'm going to try to pay to block more numbers (limit is 12).

well they aren't on yelp.com so we need to get back at them somehow.... maybe we need to call them and hang up to play their own game... I just did!!!

I received a call from this number. They said my first name and hung up. They keep calling just not picking up.

These "people" are as dumb as a bad of hammers.  They call me over-and-over asking to clean my chimney.  I have explained over-and-over that I have electric baseboard heat and they are more than welcome to come clean my chimney, if I had one.  I have asked them politely not to call me anymore.  They are rude and obnoxious on the phone.  They have a lawyer who thinks he has found a loophole in the DNC list, so the cold call whenever they want.  Why would I want to hire a person or company that does NOT respect my request not to be cold-called?

I get repeated calls from this number.  When I answer, it hangs us.  I do not bother to answer anymore but would like my number removed from this robo call list or whatever it is.

Got a call just now from "The Chimney Company" at this number.  The man identified himself as "Remy."  I asked him to take my name off their calling list and he immediately agreed and then hung up.  

Then I filed a complaint with the FTC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.  Doing that feels good for five minutes.  But somewhere else on the government site I read something which indicates they don't actually investigate, just save the information so prosecution is easier in the future.

Called tonight, asking rudely for me by just my last name (i.e. "is smith there"). My wife asked them to repeat and then told them they had the wrong # and hung up on them.

Multiple calls.  No message left.  I do not answer unless I recognizi name or number.

The person calls to talk with Don.  If I (daughter) answer, they hang up.  No messages left.

They got my answering machine and I could hear the call center in the background. We are on the do not call list - have been for years. They can get fined for calling DNC numbers, right?

These idiots called me on my DNC-listed phone on the 3rd and hung up when I answered. They called again this morning. I had to say "hello?" twice before the dipwad replied by asking for someone who hasn't lived her in about 10 years. When I informed him that there was no one here by that name, he mumbled "alright" or something similar and hung up.
