This person keeps calling our business daily about 20 to 30 times harassing and threatening our staff members, he keeps asking for a Fernando and he says we are hiding this person. We have explained multiple time that there is no Fernando in our office but he just does not understand.

They are trying to get money out of somone who doesnt know them. Numbers theya re calling from oare 781-346-6547 and 201-301-0307. They are calling a hospital and interupting critical patinet care.

This phone number is calling an employee at one of our stores - night and day.  Harrasing and abusive.  Tells her she needs to pay for her "green card".  Employee has never filed for a "green card".

I have recieved abusive calls from this same caller but today is a different number.

These people have called my cell phone and my workplace.  I talked to them and  
told them that I have no idea what they were talking about and i would call my lawyer.  They called my job back to back times for about 30 minutes continuously.  This is ridiculous and it needs to be stopped.

Got the calls to stop, for now at least.  Was receiving bombarding calls from at least 6 agents non-stop.  Finally told one  U. S. Also called the number they wanted me to callback a few dozen times to tie up their phones.

This number has been calling me for 3 hours straight.  I even told them I had an attorney and would be charging them with harassment.  And they're still calling

Harassing me also. Actually paid Simon $630 3months ago. Dumb me. Said my debt was settled. Started calling today saying I owed an additional $400. I said no way. Called my phone for thirty minutes so fast and continuous I couldn't even use my phone. Then started calling my work on both line for one hour straight. Wouldn't talk just kept hanging up everyone was pissed at me. Called attorney general and Secretary of State who told me there not bonded to collect debt. Said it was a scam and that if I owed money they legally have to mail me bill if I request. Nothing they can do about harassing calls. That really sux. Bought to drive me crazy.

I am getting repeated calls threatening me with a lawsuit for something  it is a scam, they are calling my cell and my work do not know where they got my info but it is frustrating

They keep calling my husband who just got his cell phone and they keep asking him for another person who we do not know and when he refuses they tell him that he's lying to them. Really?! They need to back off because I am not happy at all with them.

The person calls my employment and my co-workers inform him that I am busy and ask him if he wants my vm.  He refuses my vm and tells them that it is a legal investgation & that I need to call him ASAP.  The person is name Frank & he wants me to verfiy my SS# and I refuse to verify my SS#.  I want  him to STOP CALLING MY JOB & CALLING ME PERIOD!!!!!!!!  These type of people need to be STOPPED...

Today I received phone calls from this number at work.  The threatend me with a lawsuit, despite the fact I do not owe them any money.  They called my work for a half hour, then my cell phone, and house phone continously throughout the day.  They also called me a few months ago and threatend to harrass me, told me that I would pay one way or another, using foul language.  They also started to speaking to my co workers that answered the phone the same way.

This is a scam...DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION and call your Attorney Generals office to report!!!

This number call my place of employment saying that i was under investigation for fraud and that they need my personal info and i didn't give it and they continue to call back to back until i told them to send the cops to arrest me then i told then i will call the cops and give them all of my information

this number keeps calling my workplace & will not give up. i owe them nothing. so leave me alone

This was a call from someone named James who then put Simon on the phone then proceeded to threaten me with prosecution for a failed payment of a pay day loan.
