A guy, not speaking English very well called and left  several messages on my cell phone, stating he was Nash Brown of Department of Investigation, and if I did not return his call in a couple of hours I would be in a lot of trouble. They called my job I spoke with them he kept trying to get my ss and dob which I would not give to him or verify. He says I borrow money from Cash Usa and did not pay back , he wanted to know if I wanted to pay this or go to court?. I told him I knew this was a fraudlent call and i would be reporting them. I have the recordings of all messages the left on my cell.. He was reading from a script or someone was coaching him what to say because i could hear someone in the background I am very p----d off

they are calling me and harassing and threating me over a loan that I dont even have. I called cash advance america and they said i dont owe them any money nor do i owe the sister company any money. I want the calls to STOP now and would be interested in taking them to court for harassement and threatening me.

Someone from this # 7814437078 stating they were from the Dept of Law Investigation and that I had borrow 367.00 from Cash usa and did not pay back His name  he says is Nash Brown also that when they tried to get the money out of my bank account there was insufficient funds. If I did not pay then I will be going to court and would be in a lot of trouble. He kept asking me what I wanted to do pay the bill today or go to court? I told him that I was calling the company myself.Each time he leaves a voicemail, it is the indentical thing. I know this is a fraudulent call.

These people have been calling me since December and they call 2-3 times a day talking about they are investigating me on behalf of a loan I took out and they need the name of my attorney so they can get this matter resolved. They are foreigners and you can barely understand what they are saying. I told them if they could not provide me proof then it was a waste of time calling my number. All they keep saying is I understand. I hang up and hour later they are calling again.

These calls are VERY annoying and who wants to keep getting calls from bogus companies.

i am getting threatining calls stating they are from a law enforcement office and i have to contact them on an important legal matter. i have no idea what they are talking about. i did check into some pat day loans on line but never followed through with them. i have bank statements to prove no money was ever deposited into my account from an outside source.

officer mark jackson called me again today threating me about a legal matter. whe i asked for a badge number he gave FHI, i dont know what that is. he is very rude and arrogant. i've been told that he tries to use scare taticts ot make people give in to what he is telling them.

This company continues to contact me, numerous times a day.
I spoke with them this morning because I was tired of the phone ringing- when I explained to them that I had no idea what they were talking about, they began incessantly cursing and using foul language. I called them back and asked to speak with a supervisor after they hung up on me and they told me to never contact them again...
they KEEP calling even after this.

It has been happening to me for two yrs!!!! It was funny and i shrugged it off for a long time but now that they are calling my jobs ( 2 of them ) its out of control my boss is understanding but I mean come on they are calling 15 times a day. they are calling the restaurant I manage at night and I have to drop everything and race to the phone only to find out its this BS. Ughhh how do i rid them!!!

my brother got a call from one of these numbers -- ive identified 3 or 4 of their numbers so far.  Ive been calling continually, hundreds of times, over the past couple of weeks.  eventually they set each number to go directly to voicemail.  everyone should continually call back if a call is recieved!

they have called me during work, and in the evenings nearly everyday of the week. man with heavy accent trying to tell me that i have an internet loan and that i would need to pay it off or it would cost me over $6000 if it goes through court and even dictated how i should write a letter to them. lately they are from Oak View Law Firm (which is fake) in Massachusettes and have also registered as calling from West Covina, California. They called me 14 times in a row within one hour. they cannot be located through any business sites.
the names that were introduced to me were Sean Harris, Sean Stiffler, and Mark Jackson.

same here broaking english saying i had a loan i never payed back. he will not give me dates or any info on this account. he has called me on my work cell phone 14 time in the past 2hrs...

My husband & I kept getting these phone calls from this heavy Indian speaking man who love to refer to himself as "Chris Martin" or "Kraczemerek". Now we own out own business and found it funny that we got a phone call from this "Law Firm" trying to collect $400 from us but we just started our business in June of 2011. When I started to asked questions about the company, the person kept calling me nasty names or cursing at me, which is not the way any legit company is Goin to speak to anyone who they are trying to get money from. I also said he should send me a written letter with his company letterhead and who, why and amount of this debt we owe and he cursed at me once again.
Needless to say, we called them back and bothered them for three days straight....since bothering people is their job....we made it ours. They stopped calling us after that. DO NOT!!! I REPEAT....DO NOT GIVE THESE P.O.S. YOUR MONEY!!!!

I received the same message from this number. I asked them who was the company and they told me it  cash adavance america. I told them that I do not have any loan with this company, then i asked them to send me proof and he told me no he couldn't then told me to prove it in court. So I contacted Cash Advance America collection dept at 1-888-686-9577 and they told me that I did not owe them any money and this was a SCAM"!!! The representative from Cash Advanac America told me that they do not deal with any Law Firms etc.. but they have been receiving calls from other people like me who was told the same thing. I asked is there a number that I call concerning this and this is the number I was given 1-866-254-3581.

yep received this email today with a pdf file attached to it. Stating that i owed money for some past debt and that they or he wanted it sorted within 4 business days... I called and left a nasty message to AKA Mark Anderson. Not to mention the fact that he has a heavy indian accent and using an outdated seal on the document. Do not let them lead you astray! Any proper legal action wont come in this form. he's trying to be saavy but dont fall for the rouse!

These people have called me several times! It started out with them calling from a number with a 408 area code. They said that I had got a cash to payday loan and failed to pay it back so I was going to have to go to court. I dont have a bank accout so I know that I have never got a cash advance for one! Then they could not tell me how much the advance was for or anything eles. They had my social,DOB,Email, and my DL number.  They also said I had 3 criminal charges against me for this matter. So I asked about getting papers in the mail and he said that I would not get anything because it was done online! Said that I could settle the matter out of court for 350.00 but I would have to go to westren union and then call him back for details! I contacted my local dispatchment of the state police and they took all the information. They told me to tell them if they called back what i had done. So I did and they hung up on me and stopped calling me until today. On the answering machine it was the same voice of the guy that was calling before he is just using a different name and a different number.

This same stupid Indian guy was threatening me too. I have a few outstanding debts so I thought this would make sense. But of course I did my research and now I know this is a scam. If he calls again I will threaten his a** with legal actions. Talking about "I will see you behind the bars"...WOW get the f*uck outta here dude...you barely speak English motherf*cker!!!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number and the caller has a thick Indian accent. He is threatening me with drug related charges, etc and being involved with money issues that I have no idea what he is talking about. He said that it is just a matter of time before they come to arrest me for I don't know what. His name was Kevin Williams, of course we all know that is untrue as he could barely speak English.

This man called and you couldn't even understand his name this time and the message was given in such broken english, he said he was an officier of a law firm and he had a complaint against my social security number and that I better get back in touch with him or suffer the consequences which he couldn't hardly pronounce by the way 781-443-7087, this is not my usual man who calls me so they have passed me on to someone else and he hardly could pronounce or read his script.  This one is a scam too.

I have been getting calls at work from 781-443-7087 threatening me about a law suite.  They where unclear about what the law suite and tried to get my SSN.

This guy who can't even speak proper english continously calls both my cell phone and my work phone atleast 6 times each per day claiming to be an attorney, harrassing me about a loan I supposively took out and never paid back.  When I asked if I could get the business address, phone number, and website information to the payloan I supposively took out he provided me with a fake website. When I began to question him about  being an attorney  asking him to provide me with his attorney license number he hung up on me.  I continuously called back and he just kept hanging up.  Some how this man has my social security number along with my date of birth and all of my personal information.  I really cant sleep unless this guy is found.

They are calling my job and leaving messages that I been investigate for fraud,call them back and only get the mail box. I know it's a scam but I want them found.

I just got a call from these people and the guy that was talking to me was telling me that he was drunk and going to have sex with his girlfriend and when i asked to speak to a supervisor he told me there was no one there and i could hear people talking in the back ground and he called me stupid.  i told him i was gonna report him and he hung up on me. it was more like a sexual harassment call than a collection call. he never would tell me the company name even though i asked several times

they have called me several times but i never answer nor do i return the calls but today i returned just to see and i can tell that it is the same man every time for one he is rude and i asked to speak to the supervisor then he hung up i called back and he said look ma'am and i was like ummmm how do he know it was me again thats clue one that they are using cells phones or some sort of id and his main question was are you going to pay the money i said no would you pay money that you never took then he say we are going to take you to court you can lose your driver licenses and everything the way i look at it is they not getting my money if they really wanna go to court we can go it only take one click of the mouse to print off my bank statements plus the date range of the funds that they say was put into my account is soo off b/c i was not even with that bank at that time dang idiots so how they look now they really need to get a life and step their game up

they appear to be a collection agency for usa credit they to tried to say they deposited 300 into my account and i never paid the loan@!!! duh most payday loan companies automatic debit the funds from your account!!!! they called me trying to state they were going to take me to court.. i have been contacting the company and the bbb this is fraudulent

Got one today. Man, how can anyone fall for this? They said i owed them money from a cash loan and then wanted my debit card number to pay it back. Guy sounded like he was at a crowded supermarket and the english was so bad. It was almost comical. Hopefully they don't continue to call though, because that sounds really annoying.

I have had a man and a woman with an india accent...very foreign that I could not understand half of what they are saying.  These two numbers 781-443-7087 & 951-489-0220 show up on my caller ID on work phone and cell phone and identify themselves from the Dept of Law and Investigation.  I just google the numbers and I usually don't answer the calls because I know they are probably scammers since I have had a new cell phone number for only a couple of months and notice they started calling a day or two after I went online to get a personal loan....I'm guessing they got my information..phone numbers off the internet.  I also didn't have any of these type of calls from these people especially on either phones before I went online to apply for a personal loan.  I know I will never do that again and I will probably just get me a new cell number.
