I wouldn't get your hopes up. Chances are they're calling you because they're trying to get you to vote your proxy on shares of stock that you hold.
I've been a party to class action lawsuits before when it comes to mismanagement of stocks, and I always got a notice in the mail, never a phone call.

They are relentless in their calls. Every day!! i passed the call on to the owner. Obviously he isnt interested in what they have to say. I really wish they would stop calling as requested.

I'd take the call or call back and see what they have to say; these folks handle class action lawsuit settlement payouts. Among other things* they're settlement administrators.
