These are notorious spammers. The service they use is through J2 Global. Call them at 888-718-2000 and tell them to cancel this customer's service. J2 Global has a very strong anti-spam policy so they should not allow this customer to use any of their services.

Could anyone please do something about it, or direct me to a site that takes care of this kind of spam?
