They are Coldwell Banker, All owned by Realogy, Inc. They just changed their name they used to be called Coldwell Banker Insurance, Coldwell doesn't sell your info to anyone.. It's actually a good deal they helped me get insurance quotes from 5 different companies and saved me a bunch of money!

They may have a nice service, but it was RUNIED for me by a rude caller who argued with me when I said I was not interested. If you enter their number in Google you will see hundreds of reports and complaints about this company that is connected with CB. I contacted Coldwell Banker directly to be removed from ALL telemarketing calls after I got this one. Who needs this crap?
If you sign up with Coldwell Banker, make sure you also OPT-OUT of all telemarketing calls and you should be ok.

We put our house on the market using Coldwell Banker and started getting some telemarketing calls and a LOT of junk mail. I don't mind the junk mail because it costs that to send it and doesn't interrupt my life like the phone calls do. The agent who listed our our mentioned that they and their partners would be marketing to us, but I had no idea it would be this bad.
Today's call from this number was selling insurance and when I told them I was not interested, they started arguing with me...! I finally hung up and then contacted CB that I want off their lists.

I called the number and it was answered by NRT Insurance. They told me anytime you purchase a property through Coldwell Banker, they are provided with your name and phone number so they can solicit you to purchase their insurance. I asked to be placed on their "do not call" list.

... and yes, I recently made an offer through a Coldwell Banker real estate rep.

call from 781-684-5500 not requested. I don't know anyone in Mass, so I didn't pick up. Left no message, so it must not have been very important.

I believe it is:
NRT Insurance Agency
Suite 24
1601 Prapelo Road
Waltham, MA 02451
Apparently, if you make an offer on a house through a Coldwell Banker Real Estate office, you start getting daily robocalls from this company consisting of five seconds of silence and then a hang-up. My solution: I will avoid making any more offers through a Coldwell Banker real estate rep.

Same thing - some quack with a carefully-worded greeting (he doesn't actually SAY he's with Coldwell Banker) tries to "save me $300" on homeowners insurance.

I received a call yesterday from this number, they were from Coldwell Banker pitching Home Owner Insurance. This individual knew about my July closing but did not know my phone number. The number they called first was actually my mother's phone number and said they were calling about the house. This prompted her to give him my cell phone number. When I purchased my home using Coldwell Banker they tried to pitch the insurnace, but I declined, now I know they didn't give out my phone number, but they did give out my name and closing date! This number called my apartment the other day and left a message for "Heather" about insuring her newly bought property or some crap like that. Then I got a call on my cell phone today with the same message. There's no Heather anywhere around here and I have no idea how they got my number. Seems like some kind of scam.
