How did u get rid on of this crazy man. He keep doing me the same way today. He told me I cld call the police the fbi  or anybody else he wasn't going to stop. Basically he harassed me today at wrk, he had the number on redail.  His name was Dexter Scott

When this man called me AND my job (about 60 times in a two day period), his name was "Dexter Scott"

Someone from this number keeps calling me at work.  He has been told by myself, several other employees and my supervisor to stop and he continues to call.  I am going to get fired if this man does not stop calling me.  He won't identify who he is and says I owe money.  Please make these calls stop he has called 30+ times already this morning.

These people are calling my job trying to get me to go to the Western Union to make a payment to them.  They've been calling all morning and bothering everyone in my office.  I called my lawyer because I've filed a bankruptcy and they will not listen or take the information.....they just keep calling.  Can somebody help me.  I'm about to lose my job.

We have received this man's calls (goes by Randy Mcguire) for the last couple of days at a top 5 grossing company in the country. He just asks for a certain person (Hector Martinez) and ties up all our switchboard lines. The attacks last for about 15 minutes and they happen once ever couple of hours. He just says "I will never stop calling you, etc"

Well my supervisor rigged the our fax machine up to continue to call their number provided, the 781-691-7501. Then my supervisor placed a call after a couple of hours and spoke with "Mr. Mcguires supervisor and he said he will not be calling us any further" and mentioned they had received over 200 calls form our fax and we needed to stop it.

how do you get them from calling your job and how would they get a hold of your work nunber cell number and name and social security number

They claim they are law enforcement. The police say it is a scam. I am not the person they are even looking for. They say they do not care that they are calling a business. I have repetitively asked them for their company name, address, and business license. I have a friend who does collections. She says you have to clearly identify yourself, and provide any information requested by the client to prove yourself

There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

There are people that keep calling both work and personal claiming to pay a debt. This has gotten out of control.

These f****rs kept calling my work yesterday. Kept taking up all our phone lines. My coworkers messed with them with offensive sayings. I never gotten a payday loan. I have no idea how they got my info. It was really embarrassing ESP after they called all day. Whatever my coworkers did tell  them it seemed to have worked because they did not call today thank god. So called Bryan Scott has started calling me about owing money but can't give me any details. He was not professional at all and cussed and yelled. He will call then call again back to back. I was so furious I started crying.lol  He did proceed to call me an a hole, could have been worse. Nobody seems to know what to do about it not even the police, and something needs to be done before he does this to alot more people. I did give him a ear full and didn't know I had it in me. A man calling himself Steve Adams from DFS has been calling me all day at work and leaving me messages on my cell phone--talking about a problem with my social security.  I continually hang up when I hear the background noise.

identifying themselves as investigators from the boston ma  police department criminal division harrassing my husbands boss  at work will call 20plus times a day everyday tried to call and talk to them and "bryan scott" said he had spoke to my mother in law two days ago however she died 4 years ago then said he spoke to her sister who died 4 months ago when confronted with dishonesty he got very belligerant and said he was going to call my husbands work every five minutes for the next 25 days.  Was extremely stupid and uncooperative what can I do to stop the calls the original debt is not even legitiment. Was unprofessional and disrespectful call ended with him telling me "F" off and that harrassment was going to begin immediately and would not stop.

Do NOT pay him anything!  He's a scammer calling from India.  Report the call to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Next time he calls, let him know that the FBI is monitoring and tracing all calls he makes to you.  And if you haven't already done so, let your HR Dept or manager know you're the victim of harassment by scammers - print this page out, if need be to give to them.

A guy name Rodney Knight called my job today and transferred me to his supervisor Anthony somthing talking about he calling from DFF (Detection Financial Fraud)department. Stating i have a case against me. He had my name, my social, where i work and a old bank account that i have not had in over a year.  Stating that i got a loan from a Cash advance that owns different online cash advance company.  He could not tell me who actually the lawsuit was from.  I get calles for this dumb a** foreign accent people every three to four months some time longer then that. This time i snapped off. Im tired of these people.
