Green energy changed the name and now go by five star quality exteriors they are located at 1 kiddie dr in Avon ma. Rich's cell phone number is 617-592-6029 and the secretary Donna is 781-898-8328. They are pulling the same tricks under a new name.

This company has a newest owner, Richard Bayer. This individual will lie to your face with a big smile. The quality of their work was average. The materials were of good quality. Green Energy Home Improvement tried to use the electricity from my house. This is not good thing if an electrical fire burns your house down from the contractor using their power tools from your electrical system, per my insurance agents warning to not allow any contractor to use your electricity, tell the contractor to use their own portable generator to power their work tools. Green Energy made a mess, left and never finished the second half of the work, after they were paid in full when the first half of the work was completed. The company does not answer the phone when you call them. The Green Energy's owner, Richard Bayer, personal work email address is disconnected. This company is not what it used to be. The newest owner takes your money and runs. Find another contractor whom has a good reputation and good work ethics. Stay away from Green Energy Home Improvement, they are liers, scammers and theives.

Green Energy called, unsolicited.  They called me by my wife's last name, which is a tip off they are cold calling.  Caller ID said UNKNOWN. Caller claimed they had done work in the past, but I have never done business with them and politely told them "Not Interested"

I am on the DoNotCallList and post several complaints a year, but I still get these annoying calls.  Make me wonder why if anyone really gets punished.

Here's the thing.  GE-HI has changed their name a couple of times, so you may have done business with them in the past.  They put a roof on my house about 10 years ago, and to tell you the truth, I'm mostly happy with the job they did.

Granted, I'm not too happy with the idea that, for whatever reason, they've changed their company identity a couple of times in 10 years, as can have TROUBLE written all over it, and that they only seem to call when they are curious as to whether I have additional work for them as opposed to seeing how my roof is holding up.    I probably wont ever use them again for the first reason alone, but please, people, don't get all indignant.

Said they were a roofing company and that I had used them in 1995 and that is why they were allowed to call me because I was a past customer.  I will report this number to donotcall...

Folks - as you can see from "Dave" at GEHI, you're going to get a line about how you *must* have some past relationship with the company since they don't telemarket.

Well, "Dave", I don't have any past relationship with you, and yet I get your annoying calls.

If you've taken the time to come to this site, take the time to go to the FCC and file a complaint.  It takes about 4 minutes.  When the FCC gets enough complaints about a particular company, they will file suit.  Unless enough people complain, it won't change.

Fines can be as large as $10K per infraction.  Take the time to go there now and complain.

Constantly calling.

Who are they?  I see them on my missed call list all the time.  Assuming they must be a collection agency looking for my ex-husband.

We never signed up with either of those or ever heard of GE HI and they have contacted twice in a week. If that's how they think they're going to get business, they are so very wrong. I have no idea how they got my name and number but they will never get my business. I don't hire those who come looking for me.

Ge-HI Does not telemarket.  You must have been a past costomer or you contacted us through Costco or the BJ's stores.  Thanks
