These idiots called me one week ago and told me that I have an MRI appointment. I told them that no, I do not have any damn MRI scheduled and it must have been a mistake on their end. I was then asked to call a doctor I have never met and correct this mistake. I got pissed, but more or less politely told them that no, they need to fix it on their end.

A few days later I get another phone call but they immediately hang up. Maybe they read the notes, I do not know. I am still pissed. Some poor schmuck is going to die of brain cancer because they forgot to remind the right person to come have their test.

No wonder MGH has lost the #1 spot. I do not know how they earned that place to begin with. Get your sht together MGH! You should not have to sacrifice a chicken in order to update a record in a database.
