I have received several calls from this number on my cell phone. Never leaving a message. I looked up the area code, it's from St. VIncent & Grenadines (Caribbean Sea). I haven't tried calling back.

I just got a call on my cell. I'm in Canada. If I don't recognize the area code, I don't answer. No message was left.

rec'd call on 6.9 at 7:19pm EST.  (784) is Area code for St. Vincent and Grenadines.  It split from (809) the Dominican Republic.  (809) has been involved in scams in which the caller is charged up front fees and large per minute rates.  I wouldn't call back!  You can have an International block put on your phone number if your sure you won't be making any International phone calls see below web address. http://web.archive.org/web/20040610032133/htt ... s/areacode.html

Got a call from 1-784-003-4151 this afternoon. I missed the call cuz my phone was on silent. No voicemail.

So--Who is it??? Why do they call?

Didn't recognize the number so I left it go to voice mail like I usually do.  No voice mail so far.

I just received a call from this same number less than 5 mins ago.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I'm really happy I didn't, I figured it was some sort of scam

Got a call from number at 18:24 EST no message left. I googled the area code to see where it was from and found it is from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines which was split from 809 in 1989. I called the number from antoher phone and got that call can't be completed and to check the number and call again. I think this might be one of those cell phone scams where tehy cal you and when you answer you get charged hughe amounts of money for international call.

I just got a call from this number right now and read where it was calling from. Im confused and why the number calls if you can call it back. I hope I don't get charged for hanging my phone up on this number...I think maybe I may answer to see what or who it is!

Received call 050109 at 2:15pm while at work.  Did not answer my phone in time so when I tried to return the call I get this STUPID recording saying the number cannot be dialed please check your listing and dial again.  Probably some IDIOT trying to scam a phone call off cell phones.
