Called my wife's phone and told her that she owed a loan that she never did anything with a loan and said she was going get arrested and they have her last 4 digits of her social security number. I know it is a scam and we will have to report them to the national do not call list.

I received a call from 785-261-9045 mulitple times today. They left a very harrassing phone call on my cell threating me. I don't have any debt so I am not sure how they received my phone number. However, I called back and since he said it was a law firm I asked for the attorneys bar number as all do. However, they hung up on me, so I called back tand asked for it again. The guy on the other end told me not to call back.
Later in the evening they called again, I informed them  I was contacting my local law inforcement agency for phone harrassment. The guy told me he would call three way my local the guy on the other end has an indian accent and couldn't tell me what local police company he was with. What b***s***

Thanks a lot I do understand my rights but people have their own way of scanning others. I will block the numbers and hopefully they will stop. I have a number where I can report this abuse so I will be calling first thing in the morning.

I just tracked this number down through Level 3 Communaction, LLC.  They are a scam, do not send them money.  If you are having problems with these people call 877-371--8776 and report this as abuse.

Claiming they r law firm & I owe money

I suggest you educate yourself about your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Google FDCPA.  If you talk to them again, insist they give you their mailing address so you can mail them a certified debt validation letter, or if you are sure you don't owe the debt, a cease and desist letter.  I'll bet they refuse to give you their address. Sure sign of a scam.  It is also illegal for them to threaten legal action if they don't intend to take such action.  Of course you can also see if you can block the number.  Good luck.

Their calling me day and night non stop and it's past annoying, how do I get these calls to stop? Can these people really sue me if there's nothing really owed. Please somebody inform me something.

Said I was going to be arrested if I don't give them my infromation so over this. I paid back all my loans and I haven't had in one over 6 yrs and now I getting these call wish people would stop

got a call from this number saying I didn't pay back a payday loan and I would be arrested in the morning called the police in my town and they said this is a scam
