Report them to your state's Attorney General's office. Mine in PA has worked wonders in a case where a Global Credit Collections kept calling my house, even though I wasn't the person they wanted and that person didn't live with me. The Attorney General's office (state and federal) are there to help with these problems.

Get rid of these people and don't let them bug people anymore with their with scam line.

Tiresome, so very, very tiresome.

Just happened to be home because of snow today.  My wife took the call initially and when the person on the other end of the line started asking for information my wife said, "I'd like for my husband to talk with you," and handed me the phone.  The person started talking fast asking me about my credit card balances and interest rates and my inner scam alert started going off.  I said I didn't have that information memorized, but I'd go pull it from my files.  She said it wasn't necessary to have exact figures, just "kinda ballpark."  Yep, really professional.  I replied, "But I WANT to have the exact figures in front of me.  It'll only take me a minute to get them."  She hung up.  Inner scam alert is still working  

I fall into the "senior" age group and since I've entered that exalted status I've been amazed at the number of scams people have tried to run on me.  It's getting more than a little tiresome.  I didn't get this old by being stupid or gullible.

This company is following the do not call registry because if you press 1 to speak to an account representative, then the call is forwarded to a call center, so it is actually like you called them, since you are connected at your request. Sucks huh?

I received the same message as all of u.  Something about lower interest rate on credit card.  I don't have a clue who the heck.  Call Notes is.

I just received a call from this number but didn't answer it as I did not recognize the number. I went on line and googled call notes (which appeared on my caller ID) and saw they were out of Topeka Kansas.
these people or companies should be warned that if they continue to call and solicit over the phone they can be sued.

Get this call from Caller ID stating Kansas every couple of days.  Getting tired of this.  I never answer.

"Do not call registry". wonder how good is that registry?

I think next time I will give them the 800 number of the FCC.  The FCC number is 1-888-225-5322 (1-888-CALL-FCC).

another scam caller bites the dust! and another entry for my online caller id service (included in most satalite or cable services where you subscribe to their phone service)

I hang up on these calls all the time, but today it hit me that it's ridiculous to keep putting up with this.  However, after spending some time reading about this, I see there's very little I can do except aggravate them back.  I wonder if these numbers can be reported to our state attorney general's offices.  I signed up for, and receive many notices of scams from my attorney general's office all the time, so I would think this could be reported to that office.

 These calls are one phase of harassment used in gangstalking.  The callers may very well be in your own neighborhood.  They sometimes spoof the numbers to make it look like the call is coming from somewhere else.  Google gangstalking and gangstalking world.com  To Authorities---please connect the dots and prosecute these people for harassment and stalking.  Thank you

My caller ID said CallNotes, and against my better judgement I answered.  It was some recording about lowering my rates, etc, the usual scam talk.  I wish I'd thought to try to talk to a live person and aggravate them like they bother me, as did PB. However, I don't believe these people actually think they're helping anyone. They can't be so stupid as to work for scammers and not know it.  
I hope they call again, honestly, just so I can jerk them around like they do everyone else.
Yes, vengeful.  Yes, angry. Yes, full of loathing for that sort of enterprise. And if I have the time to smack a few of them down, I will.

I am on the Do Not Call list. This was a solicitation call in violation of that. They have called me twice. Any lawyer that wants to sue these b*****ds? I would be glad to help.

I was home for this call because of the snow here in North Carolina.  It was a recorded message about how there is nothing wrong with my credit cards but they can get me lower interest rates.  But it was odd and I think there was something wrong with the machine on their end because the message was playing at a fast speed. I pushed 1 to talk to a representative.  Lisa came on the line. And said some stuff too fast for me to hear but I did hear that she said she was with ?Card Services.?   I have gotten enough calls like these with the exact same company name to know that if you start asking too many questions, they will hang up on you; a sure sign of a scam in my book, so I lied when she asked if I had more than $40k in debt and said I think about $60K on about 5 cards ( I actually do not have any credit card debt.  Keep in mind that my objective is simply to; 1. keep them on the line as long as possible, and 2.  potentially gain information from them so as to reduce their effectiveness. Item 1 will save a few other people from getting calls.)
We discussed a few things and she then wanted the 1-800 number from the back of the card which kind of threw me off, I had not heard that before and I since was expecting a guest at anytime I gave up the charade and said ?Lisa, you should know that I lie a lot?.  After a pause she said so you mean you don?t have that debt. And I said yes. She said I wish you had told me sooner. You wasted my time.? I said ?what about all the peoples time you waste and annoyed by working for a company that calls thousands of people??  She became agitated and said did you enjoy wasting my time? And I said no I did not but that is the only way I can get any information from you people since you hang up on me as soon as I ask questions like you are about to do right now. She said that she hoped the new year would bring me lots of bulls__t because that is what you are is bulls__t. I said as gently as I could ?No Lisa, your job is the bulls__t.? But I?m not sure she heard that since she had hung up on me.

I was able to keep her tied up for a little over 5 minutes but I was not too successful at getting any information other than she said she was in a call center in Texas.  I think it is possible that she actually believes she is helping people with credit problems. She is just a cog in a bigger machine.

Note that she said she was in Texas but the caller ID showed and area code in Kansas
