Got the same email I've moved to a new state so this person gave me a Kansas phone number. Now I have family that lives in California and the area code didn't match the state so I looked up David Rogers and seen a house that was for sale. And that 785 is in kansas my uncle lives in that town where the 785 area code is it's topeka ks. So it had to be a scam cuz im from kansas and know all the area code.

I have the check in hand for the exact amount and im doing a lot of research before actually attempting to cash or deposit it what should I do? Should I  call non-emergency number to get more help I don't want to be in any trouble ? no call but was left the exact number to my email his name is john moses

Had same email except used name James Moses knew sounded to good to be true so did not respond.

I got the same email and agreed at first and then declined the PA position.  I got a package in the mail anyway and enclosed was a Navy Federal money order/cashier check in the amount of 4850.00, and the following day I received instructions on how to disburse the funds with taking my $600 out first.  The check/money order looks like a counterfiet.  I have been emailing the email of larrysmithart66667@gmail.com.  I sent him an email stating that I was not going to deposit a counterfiel check into my bank account and who should I return his check to.  The return address on the express mail envelope is an insurance company (Alternative American Insurance) in Princeton, NJ.  I am going to take the check to the police department and let them investigate this scam.

How can you say it's not a scam

No phone call recieved but did recieve the same e mail Feb 2nd 2014 from anthonyandersonart755@gmail stating his name was Anthony Anderson 19805 Hansen Ave. Nuevo, Ca 92567. Telephone # 785 274 9740. Needing a PA. He said he recieved my email from hiring agency. Email didn't sound lagit so I decided to google and found this site.

I have been receiving these same emails from an Antony Williams @777 Look at the spelling of the name made me want to know more so I googled it and found that several people have received the same emails he needed a PA to send money from to different people . I don't know this person and I showed my husband we both up with the same conclusion its a scam I don't know exactly how they get your information to email you in the first place but BEWARE SCAM!!!!!  

I recieved the same thing from Anthony Williams! So, I messaged him back saying that we should get on skype and discuss it personally throught there. *knowing that it was a scam* n he replies with the same e-mail. lol

I received the same, googled the address and its an empty house for sale- sent me a whole bio on himself- sad thing is, some people are so desperate for a job/any kind of income and will send information

I received an email from a Phillip Rice from a agritechnics company looking for a PA. It's a scam and used the same number that is listed above. I have not received a phone call but did call the number and it was an automated message system.

I have also recieve the same email. He has also sent me a check of 4,850 to the united states postal service that i still haven't picked up. I gave him my name, address, and occupation being very naive. Help please!
