Received a voicemail from a secretary to call the law firm. They are claiming they will prosecute for a bad check on a payday loan from several years ago. I have been harrassed by agency after agency about this same loan because it keeps getting sold to different agencies when they can't collect. I told them I'll see them in court which is never going to happen because all they have is empty threats. When I am able to take care of this debt it will be directly with the store I got it from not from some deadbeat collection agency that will rip me off!

Since their threatening voice mails weren't working now they try a less abrasive approach with a "nice" sounding lady named Stacy. This doesn't change the fact that they are scammers. Ignore them!

This along with several other numbers keep calling and threatening process servers, court, etc. They are very abrasive and rude.....getting tired of these scam calls.
