It was a collect call from my bf. he recently got a new phone from Verizon and he only had his old phone on him at the time and it would no longer allow incoming or outgoing calls without a collect call acceptance from my part. Hope this helps.

Called cell phone. Voice recording of what seemed to be a child. Then automated recording stating I will be charged $1.99 a minute for the call to continue. Also recieved a call like this from 785.260-3614
