They ask me for money 375

Does anyone know if once you tell them you are on to their scam and threaten them if they ever call again if it stops the calls? They can call my cell phone all day long I don't care, but they keep calling my work and that's a problem.

I say that we all need to start harassing this ALL AMERICAN foreigners. LOL We need to give them some fake India name and speak clear English. The more we make it annoying to them the less they will call.

Im with you, I was in the same boat. The end result I did not have to get any money anyways since I was able to finally make arrangements with my bills. So after that happened about 2 days later the phone calls started. So the first one I had some fun with and I started verbally abusing this a**. He kept calling back until I started be as annoying as he was and then he would just sit there and say nothing then just hung up. Have not see that number any more. I also posted his number to my Facebook page so all my friends could call and harass him. It worked so today I have been getting more phone calls from different numbers all have had the somewhat of the same back story. Just different ALL AMERICAN names for a non speaking English moron. So if any of them see it bring it because I will flip right back on you and say that they owe me money. LOL

No point n reporting them or banning the #.  They just change the #!!!  INSANE!

Same exact message! When the call was made, it showed up as "unavailable" but he was kind enough to leave me that crap message! The name I got was Sean Andrews which was funny with the terrible accent he had!

Just received the same call I said you have the wrong number and hung up, the a** actually called back because he was mad I hung up on him.

Th dude wished me luck too after threatening me! I called back and told them I had never heard of the petson they were trying to reach. They promised not to call back. This is scary!!!

My phone died and I just checked my voicemail, same story as everyone else basically saying I or my attorney need to call this person back because it was urgent and the only thing he could do was wish me luck. Seriously lol before you can threaten anyone I think you need to learn ENGLISH. Haha it's ridiculously funny. I can't wait for them to call back with the threats, that's going to be funnn. Too bad my information is already out there but I  was desperate when I started applying for online loans for people with bad or no credit. I was in a tough spot and felt I had no other choice but luckily I didn't lose any money since I literally had no money to even attempt any of those things, most I had was about 10 dollars and I knew if I lost that 10 to a scam, I would be in deeper crap. Hopefully other people read up on these things before applying, when I was done, I googled some of the places and there were warning signs left and right! It's crazy how being so desperate kind of temporarily blinds you from seeing most of the obvious.

I have gotten calls from this number and another 415 number in the last 3 days stating they were from a law firm called faalin law 2311 wakarusa drive kansas mo 66447. he said that i owed them 456.00 from an online cash advance called american cash and i will be sued and arrested. the scary things is they had all my information so i went to the bank yesterday to close out my bank account and start over. its so scary, how do the police catch these people.

I have been receiving calls from this number since yesterday, saying the same thing as all of you. They are calling my work and cell number.  I reported them to the FTC and put my numbers on the national no call registry so hopefully I won't receive any more calls.  This is getting frustrating.  I have not applied nor received a payday loan like they say I have so I know this is a scam.

So I have people that can hardly speak English calling me telling me there is a Federal Warrant out for my arrest and they need to speak to my attorney before things "unfold" me, so I call aaco an officer comes out takes the info , but says there is nothing they can do until the scammers actually do something to me , threats are ok? don't understand why do I have to wait until they ruin my credit or tap into my bank account before they can stop them ? Why are they allowed to threaten me with arrest but I can do nothing about it? Criminals seem to have more protection then I do

They say they need to speak to the attorney on record for my case - when I ask for the case number and tell me to hold then another little bit better speak non English person tells me that I better understand this isn't a joke and they will be coming to arrest me in the morning when I leave for work- I am a criminal and I will see - I told them I work for atty and he is here in the office they get on the phone with him and tell him if they want to keep me out of jail they need his contact info and credentials - he said no I need yours - they said u are causing he more problems and hang up - scary they have my name and at least the last 4 of my social - I tell them the numbers are wrong they say I will see and hang up- the day the are from the legal dept of Federal legislation

They're scammers - don't let them bother you (easier said than done though).  If you haven't already, report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and also your state's Attorney General.  They may not be able to do much, but they can build cases against the worst offenders if people report them.  So sorry you've had to go through this BS.

I keep getting this phone call and I have PTSD so bad I ended up in hospital because it and them telling me
I only had 15 mins to talk the sheiff, but when I want his number and not to transferred they hung, because they said I owe for advance America payday loan of $498.36 and then they say you have to pay on the spot

omg my boyfriend also got a call stating that he had a loan of 420 deposited on his acc on feb 16 n that they had tried automatically withdrawing several times n that they werent able to withdraw cuz account was negative... soo not true.. these people were so hard to understand , they have a strong accent.. im trusting the comenters above that its a scam... my boyfriend never got that money deposited..but its still a scarry thought 0.0

I got the same call saying I owed them money for a pay day loan.  Which I knew was a lie.  When I ask him to fax the information to me I never received anything.   Defintely a Scam.

I got a phone call today at my job and then on my cell phone from a man who said he was from a law firm. He told me I owed 700.00 from an online loan. He said my bank denied the of  payments twice and so fraud charges were filed against me. He said  if I didnt pay them today that I was going to be arrested tomarrow at 11:00 am at my work. I went to my bank and the police station so they were aware of the scam/harrasment. They actually called again tonight, I answered just to see what they had to say. He was insistent that I was going to be arrested in the am, even after I told him I had notified the police!! This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Please tell all your friends and family to be careful for these awful people.

I got a call stating the same thing as above but I asked questions and his answers didn't correspond with the facts. Then I cursed the man out and he called me a b*%&& and said he was going to make sure I go to jail smh lmao but the funny part was he said the call was being recorded like he really works in a call center but he called me a b$%#$ though

785-728-4715 called me threatening to have me arrested regarding an online defaulted loan (that never existed), this man demanded a specific amount of money (close to $800) immediately in order to prevent being prosecuted, representing his self as with a Law Firm. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Also, if you call the # back you will be charged 17 cents per minute.

Calling my cell phone and my job saying I'm going to be arrested in the morning for fraud. And that I will spend 10-12 days In jail until I'm proving Innocent. How can I stop these people from calling me.

Scammers trying to steal your money posing as lawyers saying you owe a payday loan debt. Dont fall for it.
