Spam telemarketer looking for information on what they might be able to sell you in the future.  Respond to their survey, and be prepared to be inudated with cold calling scum trying to pitch their wares.

(785)799-3658 has been calling me several to a dozen times a day never leaving a message.  Sometimes they call back 3-4 times in a row.  It got to the point of harassment so I answered the call and said "who is this?"  The reply back was "SC Magazine" .... I instructed them to remove my number from their call/harassment list and let them know I did not appreciate the volume of calls they make to my number daily.  

I also let them know I will report them to the Illinois States Attorney General if their number shows up on my caller ID again.  Illinois has very strict laws about companies calling after being told not to and has actually prosecuted a few tele-spammers in the last year for ignoring the "do not call" list.  We'll see what happens.

Calls nearly on a daily basis. Never leaves a VM.

Keeps calling, shows up on Caller ID as BVTM. Never leaves a voice mail, looks to be telemarketing based on the other comments here and what I found by googling BVTM.

Called my office line every day for the past week. Asked for me by name and wanted to send me a free subscription to 'SC Magazine'. Apparently this is an IT Security magazine. Told her that I was not interested and not to call again. Thanked me for answering.

As a follow up, I've gotten calls since last time I posted, every weekday, between 10-noon PST.  No voicemail left.  It is getting really annoying

Received phone call last week, but no response on the other end.  Called again today and claimed to be with Secure Computing Magazine; calling about the expiry of a non-existent subscription.  Said they wanted to ask a few questions about the company I work for.  I declined.

I've gotten calls from this number 2 days in a row now, 10/11am PST.  Did not pick up, no voicemail left.

Call my work at USF, never pick up.  

This number calls every morning, and never leaves a voice mail message.
