This lady call me saying that i commit fraud. She did not show any paper work por anything she just left a voice mail saying that i was sue for The amount of 3200 dollars her, name is " Carolina villa" how i find out it was scam she grave the wrong adress where i used to live "pendeja"(stupid)

Recibi una llamada de un señor que dice llamarse Pablo Mendez  abogado. Diciendo que tengo una demanda en la corte. Por un curso de ingles. Por 3,000 dollares. Y que se podia llegar a un acuerdo de reducir Los intereses. Y tenia que pagar $399.00. Que recibiria por correo una boleta para reclamar el paquete con el acuerdo que me libra de la deuda. Pague el money order al correo y tome el paquete.  Cuando lo abri me llevo la sorpresa que no hay ningunos papeles. Y solo me envian una table que no vale ni $50 dollares. Un shampoo y unas vitaminas. Si usted. Escucha en su telefono  esto no se las crea.  La secretaria se llama. Paola Chavez.  Y el juez  Anibal Pachano. Que no existe.   Asi que reporte a la oficina de investigacion del correo este fraude.

They gave me call saying i had a problem with imgration and hung up it was sort of strange so i called back and they never gave me information or anything. When i called back i felt that i was NOT talking to a real person from the Supreme Court for the way they talked. Plus not word in English.

justamente estoy pasando esto ahorita estamos a finales de noviembre y eh recivido llamadas desde septiembre yo nunca contestaba esas llamadas y marte 26 de noviembre me dejaron dos correos de voz diciendo que la compania centro natural corp. me habia puesto una demanda esa semana y que la multa a pagar era de 3,950 dolares que si no respondia me podia ir muy mal al siguiente dia llama la mujer se hizo llamar como josefina sanchez y medijo que tenia dos obciones una que podia hacer un acuerdo de enviar un money orden de 499 dolares y me dio esta direccion al enviar centro natural corp. p.obox 2905 hallandale st florida zipcode 33008 y la otra obcion que siguiera con la demanda y pagara la multa de 3,950 y pues yo de tonta le dije que iva enviar el money orden y me dijo su llamada esta siendo grabada y si cambia de opinion le va salir mucho mas caro y pues me dijo que pusiera el money orden en un sobre blanco con la direccion y al money orden tambien y que cuando lo comprara que le volviera a llamar para darle el numero de serie no lo hize ese mismo dia me hizo 6 llamadas y no conteste ni una me dejo un correo de de voz diciendo que ya tenia la corte y que la multa era de 5.000 dolares.....  este es el numero que usaron 305 330 67 20

A woman and a man called my home and my cell phone and said  to me in SPANISH she was calling from a  Supreme Court in Miami Florida # 11, she said I owed some company 2960 Dollars, and that I was being sued and needed to pay immediately. It all made no sense of what she said. It is a complete SCAM. I am upset that they  are going around calling people who don't speak ENGLISH and are taking advantage of them by stealing their money, I will write this in Spanish below,

Hay una senora y Hombre que se asen pasar como abogados de la Suprema Corte de Miami Florida # 11, que andan robando a la gente inocente. Les dicen que tienen una deuda de 2960  Dollares y que si no asen el pago los ban a mandar a la carcel. Llaman constante mente a su hogar y cellular. NO se dejen enganar y reportenlos immediatamente ala POLICIA.

I received a call from this number saying that a company had sued me for scam and fraud and if I wanna to settle and not go to court I had to pay 2960 dls..or my case would be send to my state...first I had never heard of that company...second they don't speak english...best to do make a report to  police to stop this kind of people....its a scam

I am gonna write this message in Spanish for people who may believe this person and send the money to them.. it is so sad  someone can be doing this to get money from people.. she called me saying I pay for a fungus treatment and I have to pay for the rest of the delivery... I had no idea what she was talking about, she wanted me to send money order for 2.960 or I was gonna be called to the court in Texas where I live. I told her my lawyer will be in charge with suing that company for bother me...\

I received a called from this number 786-206-1433 to my cell phone saying i have to go to the supreme court 11 by a lawyer named Maria Toledo . and said i owned $2960 dollars to a company.

She is a lawyer from Supreme Court  And she did not speak a word of English!

she said that if I did not want to go to court, I could make a deal with the company and pay $499
and this is the address she gave me to send a money order of $499

I just took a crime report for annoying phone calls and reported the incident to the postal inspectors office. Please contact your local post office and report the incident to them.

MO: suspect told victim that she must pay 3500.00. suspect threatened to sue, turn off her electricity, turn off her power, and send someone over to her home. The victim was smart and did not comply with the suspects. Suspect at one point told victim they were calling from Miami Florida Courthouse.

Request paperwork and report the crime to your post office.

i was called to my cell phone saying i have to go to the supreme court by a lawyer. and said i owned 2.960 dollars to a company. and ik have never ordered anything. i investigated and found this so i decided to put up a comment. this is just a regular old scam. its pethdic what company gives you what you order without you paying it. and i also didnt recive any papers from  the supreme court saying i have to go to court.

I received a call, supposedly from supreme court 11, threatening to sue for refusing to pay for a TV product (Monyelina). This is definitely a scam because I called back and the woman who initially told me about this "demand" is the same one that I spoke to when I called these Monyelina people back. The fact they want me to settle this out of court makes this very suspicious. I received no paperwork. Definitely a scam.
