Alberto a toda la comunidad Latina que eviten por todos los medios utulizar Telefonica Latina porque son un fraude te cobran las llamadas dobles y hast triples y te cobran llamadas de Los estados de Cuenta anteriores. Y cuando reclaman se hacen Los bobos. Y de costumer service in hablar son UNOs Argentinos ordinarios mal educados y Ademas ladrones.  Tambien tengan ciudado con la companies Telcom que son la misma porqueria cuidado y son Los mismos porque entre Ellos te comparten tu information personal como targets de credito y de banco.

Estoy de acuerdo, telefonica latina no saben tratar al cliente , las senoras argentinas te hablan como si uno no supiera nada .. No tiene idea de sumar y ver que el pago s eefectuo pero el problema era el banco de eloos . querian que les pagara d evuelta .. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE USAR TELEFONICA LATINA Y HOY ME LLAMO NUERA TELECOM  YS EL DBA DE TELEFONICA LATINA BEWARE!!!!

Tambien me estan facturando doble y no hay nada en el mundo que les haga entrar en razon aun presentando mi estado de cuentas ensenado que el pago fue echo.. H epedido me cancelen la cuenta no vale la pena perder mas tiempo con ellos sugiero no trabajen con Telefonica latina ..

No solo el servicio al cliente es pesimo, las operadoras no se identifican y cuando uno pregunta el nombre no le contestan bien. tambien facturan las llamadas dobles ahora tengo ese problema y me  me cobraron cuatro llamadas que habia cancelado en la factura anterior y llegaron en la nueva factura, estoy cansada de llamar a reclamar y me dicen que van a pasar el reclamo y se enojan cuando les digo que ya he llamado varias veces y no me dan ninguna solucion. voy a esperar el reintegro de mi dinero y cancelo el servicio. soy un cliente y merezco ser tratada bien.

Her name is Johana Pardo. They are affiliate with a company name telefonica latina. Ver rude people and usually if they don't here what they want to thay will hang up on you. If you call back they have caller is and won't pick up the phone. It is a scam. They try to get business by liying and misinforming the customers. Don't do any business with them. Be very careful.

TELEFONICA LATINA, TIENE UN SERVICIO PESIMO AL PUBLICO, MUJERES ARGENTINAS QUE NO SABEN QUE UN CLIENTE EN EEUU DEBE SER ATENDIDO CON EDUCACION.. ESPEREMOS QUE LA COMPANIA TOME MEDIDAS, YO RECOMENDE DOS PERSONA DE MEXICO Y CANCELARON POR EL MISMO PROBLEMA.

Called and hung up.  Dead air.

I called this number back and asked them to remove my number from their telemarketing list.  They sell International phone cards.  I was told that a friend of mine had given them my number.  They asked for my name but did not give them any personal info. with exception of my # number.  If your decide to call them, they will only speak in Spanish.  Make sure you get a translator otherwise they will not understand.  Thats lame. By the way, no friend of mine has my number.  Make sure to remind them that it is illegal to call a number that has been reported to the do not call registry.  Good luck.

They started calling my cell phone recently, more often towards the evening hours. It is a long distance provider based of Florida.
If anyone knows how to make these people stop calling please reply to this post. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
