I believe this is a scam of some sort. The person was speaking with a heavy Indian accent and claim the name as Harry Watson. However, I could tell it was a woman's voice and not a man. Also, there is no such thing as Windows technical dept. It should be Microsoft company calling if your computer is registered with them. NO way can a Windows dept. have your phone number if it is unlisted unless it was obtained illegitimately. Whoever receives this phone call do not allow them to have access to your computer remotely or to tell you what to do. They are loading malicious virus onto your pc by telling you to download something. Beware!!!

Firstly, I have trouble to understand what they were saying.
2ndly, I do not believe Window company would pay tech dept to call each of computer owner in the world.
3rdly, I finally understood that they only wanted to collect my information if they happen to monitor our computer and found our computer has been haked. (I do not buy it)
4thly, they challenged that we can call that no. back now, there will be someone verify their call and the service they are providing. (It is a trick)
Scam Scam

They keep calling even when I tell them to take me off their calling list. This woman from India (said she was from Florida) was almost rude saying there was a problem with my computer. She wanted me to turn it on and let her control it to fix it. I told her no and hung up. The do not call list is not working here in Ma

Come to think of it, it would be a good thing to thank them by doing the same thing to them.
