I received a call  11/11/13 from 786-220-3387 who spoke very bad English.He claims someone has filed a claim on me.He has my name and address and he said I was sent a debit card with some kind of money on it. I said how much he wouldn't say.He said there is now a law suit against me for the money by the owner. I said bring it on you MF.He hung up and I called back the #. Someone put me on hold and then he came back to the phone. I said why you hung up? He said "I told you to hold on", I said you are a liar,you have no idea who you are dealing with.( I worked in FRAUD for many years and I smell a RAT). He started screaming and I told him get to F---off my phone.He said he will send someone to my address and I said I will be waiting and he hung up.

Sooo, I keep getting these calls too. I finally gave in, I answer my phone in an American accent stating that "This is Raj Nahasapeemapetalan, how can I help you" The non-American said his name was "Rocks Murphy"! I almost wet my pants! TOTAL scam! Even if you took out a loan, they refuse to tell you the amount or from who, UNLESS you pay them in full, then you will receive an email & written conformation of full payment! Do what you can to harass them and PLEASE report them to ic3.gov

Just received a call from the 786-220-3387 and it was the same thing. I asked for a reference number and it was some generic number and he informed me that if I didn't give him $310 before the close of business then the following morning he was going to put in the paperwork to file charges. Rox Murphy was his name. Again, he was a person with a very strong accent. Had to tell him repeatedly to slow down because they like to talk as fast as they can to confuse people. Was not told who the original creditor was. Was not really told anything but you owe money pay today. Needless to say I did not pay and when he calls back I will have done more research to definitely give him something to think about. Is Anderson Law Firm really a Law Firm?

This SOB, almost got me, calling from Anderson Law firm, they called my Government job, I reported it to the police where I work, they looked up the number and saw tht this is a scam, and that I am to transfer the call to them the next time they call. They are so rude, and other words, I better not say. Please BEWARE, THEY ARE RUTHLESS, AND DON'T GIVE A *&^%, DON'T DO IT..The police where I work told me that the law firm is not aware of it, well until they called them.

There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I am getting so sick and exhausted of these idiots calling me and telling me I have a warrant out for my arrest. I tell them to bring it!! He changes his name all of the time. David Bentley, David Wilson, David Cardell, David Smith, REALLY?? He never knows who he wants to be from one call to the next. They will call me 8 times daily and wish me good luck and god bless. REALLY?? Who does this? And why cant they be caught?? I have reported every number they call from to the FTC and still nothing is being done about it. This guy with broken english calls himself Andrew Jonson calling from Anderson Lawfirm is harrassign me about some lawsuit that he is going to file against my social security number and my employer. How do I get him to stop harrassing me?

I've been getting the same calls as well. They are calling me at work as well. They first call my  cell and leave  a message then they call my work right after. They insist I talk to them and to call them back when I have time. I'm certainly not going to call them back. What a bunch of bull. It was hard for me to understand what he was saying or where he was from, just some law firm and that I need an attorney.

I owed money and was going to be sued and lose my job, friends, and family if I didn't pay up. Sheriff's would be at my house and work to serve me papers.

just got a call at my job from these people THE ANDERSON LAW FIRM, told me i was goin to jail. lol Have been dealing with this bull. Got  a hold of the state of Texas and reported them. that was last week, so i was asked by lawer to call them back and record them. so iask the nicly to take me off there list he used bad words toward me. i told hime him thats ok i understand (NOT). I received a call from a foreign speaking person telling we that I needed to cll him because their was an arrest warrent against my SS # and that the sherrif would be coming to my house to arrest me. First of all unless you are a criminal the sherrif department does not opereate this way. This is a scam and please do not fall for it. Some how they have my cell phone number. If you don't beleive me check it out. When you call them back they will not tell you whatt it is about and they will try to get your personal infomation. Don't give it.

I have been getting calls from this number (Foreign speaking person of course) all last year and now he continues. This is SCAM and we can not do anything about it which really sucks! They just keep calling and threaten that the Sheriff is coming you will receive court order papers, please give it up.
