I've been getting calls from numerous of these same Firms, with similar if not identical voicemails, blocked all those numbers, but got an call from a FIRM called Macafee and Associate, from a girl named Shannon and Alex, they told me about a loan that was payed back in 07', but she said I took it out in 08', so that was a lie and so was the amount, she then proceed to tell me I had committed check fraud, and they where the check fraud division of mo, but wouldn't give me any basic info on them other there name and number. I couldn't get them to give me there email or physical address because they claim they get bomb threats. She also proceeds to tell me that if i had kids I would be talking to them through a glass plate cause they were proceeding to turn me into the District Attorney's of MO, so i ask what can I do of course pay, this amount of money and it goes away. But when i tell her I have my bank statements and the fraudulent check info, she hangs up on me. I call back and get voicemail. So i proceed to call back and she said good luck and that I was harrassing her place of employment.lol lol...SCAM BIG TIME PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

This is some wild stuff, i have had it out with these people yes they tried to scam me as well but im to smart for that. i was threating to be beat up and put in jail, they also had 3  accounts filed against me but when my attorney spoke with them they could not tell her the correct information about how much money that was supose to been deposit into my account. the two men that harrased me names were Chris Walker and Steven Cornor, they even went as far as calling my job, when i call them back now they dont won't to talk to me Lol, since my attorney got in there butt, we as hard working american people are going to have to stand up for our rights and try and put a stop to theses type of people i know that we can never stop it but we can sure control it.

Rcvd a call at my place of work stating it was Sam Addison and that i owe $8,000 some odd dollars and the police will be arriving at my place of work tomorrow to take me into custody as i did not pay this money back bla bla bla.

I had a call on Monday this week from a Bureau of Investigations told me I had a suit against me and they had tried to reach me internet etc; and told me to listen not to swear or use profanity and I had 30 minutes to get to a Walmart purchase these cards read off all this information what to say and what to send then I had 10 min's to fax it to them.  When I kept calling back they all sounded the same and would connect me to a Officer J. he again would not tell me who the company was and I told them I had the right to know he said it is all under the same company name Advance Pay and they sent they turned it over to them. I was so upset had my grandson with me trying to get to him to class I paniced and did what they said I thought I would have a heart attack would all the threats. After I got home I called a the loans I had out and paying on time and they said it was a scam.
I am just sick and I contacted Home Land Security left a message said they had all calls coming in and needed the information. Now I have the same Walton Legal Associates in Miami calling  a woman named Erika Brickens (all international speaking) she is harrassing me I will need to get a lawyer if I do not pay called her back number not working then I faxed her with the number she gave to call me back this is not true and she did explained the number had a problem. I told her I wanated to speak with the attorney she said she represented the firm stumbled around and said she was handling the case and if I did not want to cooperate expect the suit get a lawyer and pay fees. After hearing all your complaints I am not complying I got scammed once (stupid stupid ) of me and not this time. I did my home work and if any loans I had or have or current and I notified the credit bureal and Homeland security. I hope they get the crooks in California and Miami who knows where they are on the cell phones. I will honor any loans I may have but this is just crazy how this is happening and now I gave in to the one caller in California Buruea of Investigators and lost $545.00 my mortgage money . I was such a fool but I was so upset and lost all control of my telling them to back off. This is a scam.  If you applied for a payday loan, it's a scammer trying to get information.  I called a legitimate payday loan company and they instructed me to notify the ftc at www.ftc.gov

I got same call from these people, stating I need to send them money to clear up a payday loan or I was going to be arrested at my job, they was very rude when I tried to inquire information about the situation, the next  voicemail I got said I had 2 hrs go contact keith nelson or I will be picked up tomottow. The caller called from two different numbers 786-228-5563 and 213-261-5790 saying they were a Law Firm calling about a unpaid pay day loan! The caller said if I dont answer back they are going to call my job and get me fired garnish my check, freeze my bank account and have me arrested!!! Person name was Jenny Jones and sounded Asian or something!! What do I do?

a***ipes just called and my wife answered. i was not home yet and they called back and i answered. guy said his name was lloyd banks(a rappers name w/ g unit [50 cent click]). the name on my caller ID came through as BK Agencie, yes Agencie not agency.i spoke a guy named Brian and he told me i would be arrested for some internet violation, theft by deception, and check fraud for a payday loan. i have never needed one those so far. as i began to tell him where he could go cause i never had a payday loan he hung up. i called him back several times and he kept on hanging up on me. finally, he stayed on the line long enough for me to ask for his address and he refused to give it. thus, this MOFO said he would not give the address because i might blow his office up. so for those of you who talked to these people, all of them are of middle eastern accent. dont mean to sound cold but it is what it is. the only thing im blowing up are balloons.

Received a phone call from Lloyd Banks with Walton & Legal Associates 2138 Hamilton St Miami, FL 31721 786-228-5563 ( I asked for the name of company to be spelled out and address).  He stated that I had a case in Fl being handled by Officer Kevin Fernandez and that he would transfer me to him.  It appeared to be the same voice he connected me with, I asked for my charges and he "read" an affidavit to me stating that I was in violation of a payday loan.  First of all, I am a Paralegal and I have read many affidavits and talked to many law firms.  Second, Payday loans are not autorized in the State of GA.  I researched the company and name on internet to find nothing.  I then researched the phone number and found these complaints.  I called the number back to inform them that I know it was a scam and am filing a complaint.  He hollered at me, "Then you are going to get arrested and go to jail".  I have never had a law firm talk to me like  that.

I just received another message (17th) from Austin Black, who went through his blurb telling me I must call NOW OR ELSE and the only thing he could say if I ignore him is good luck and this situation will unfold on it's own. Most hilarious s*** I've heard! Who are these people???

Only minutes ago i received a call from the same group of people.  They were rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and complete idiots.  They fed me all the information about me not honoring my loan that i took out months ago from pay day loans, then they changed and said American Loans.  These guys are crazy as to threaten to issue a warrant for my arrest, and i would have to pay court fees and get an attorney which would costs up to $5,000.00.  They went on to tell me that all of this could be resolved by me going to a Western Union or Walmart and wiring the money to them.  This was totally ludicrous to me because i don't have a loan with either of those companys and any loan i have had in the past i have paid it back one way or the other.  I'm so glad i saw these posts because i was really about to be concerned.  I hope these people get caught and shut down.

I received the same phone call stating I owed money for a payday loan so on and so forth just like everyone else they threatened to throw me in jail, and they new all my personal info including the last 4 of my social. Unfortunantly for them Im not dumb and did a little research and have called them back everyday now I think they are getting a little tired of it because and i quote Kevin told me "get out of my F*cking phone you Ho*" They told me I could pay the $793 by westen union to an individual (lmao) or by green dot reloadable money pack. They are so dumb to think that I would just turn over that amount of money to some individual.  I asked them the name of the company that was filing a suit against me and they stated that all of that information would be released after I send the money. hahahahaha this is a HUGE SCAM I reported my incident to the FBI website and would recommend everyone else do the same that has been contacted by this number. The company name they left on my voicemail was walton and association and now kevin has told me the name is Badon and association I asked him why the name changed and he said he never said walton and association, but I have it on my voicemail thank goodness for technology.  I asked for their website and he told me Walton legal and association i asked him to spell it to make sure I got it correctly and he stated that he was too busy to bother with getting the spelling and that I just need to figure it out. These guys are idiots!!!!

This company has harrased me, threaten to throw me in jail if I don't pay them within 1 hr.  They were rude, they would not listen to anything I said.  I contacted the company that I owe which payment arrangements have been made an adhered to they inform me that they did not authorize this company to collect anything on their behalf.  I want the calls stopped and the rude harrasing conversation seized immediately.

I just got a call from this number saying I was a primary suspect in a pending criminal case and they wanted the name of my Criminal Attorney. When I said that I had no idea what they were talking about the guy transfered me to a paralegal who said that I had three charges against me and that I would be arrested at my work and have to pay up to $5000.00 to a courthouse. They had ALL of my personal information.
I called them back and they said they are with the Law Office of Walden & Legal Associates. Checked with the cops I work with, everyone stated it sounded like a scam

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Some fraudsters have instructed victims to fax a statement agreeing to pay a certain amount, on a specific date, via a pre-paid Visa card. The statement further declares the victim will never dispute the debt.

If you receive these calls, do not follow the caller?s instructions. Rather, you should:

?Notify your banking institutions.
?Contact the three major credit bureaus and request an alert be put on your file.
?Contact your local law enforcement agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger.
?File a complaint at www.IC3.gov.
Tips to avoid becoming a victim of this scam:

?Never give your Social Security number?or personal information of any kind?over the telephone or online unless you initiate the contact.
?Be suspicious of any e-mail with urgent requests for personal financial information. The e-mail may include upsetting or exciting but false statements to get you to react immediately.
?Avoid filling out forms in e-mail messages that request personal information.
?Ensure that your browser is up-to-date and security patches have been applied.
?Check your bank, credit, and debit card statements regularly to make sure that there are no unauthorized transactions. If anything looks suspicious, contact your bank and all card issuers.
?When you contact companies, use numbers provided on the back of cards or statements

my husband got a phone call from this number and they said they were from a law firm. He called it back to see what they wanted and a lady answerd the phone and he told her he wanted to talk to a guy by the name of Austin Black, who left him a message saying he is to call back and told him the only thing he can say is "wish u good luck". the lady told my husband to hold on, he waited a few minutes then hung up. the same nuber called back about 5 minutes later, as my husband answerd the phone the other line hung up. i then called it back and everyone but the guy who calld my husband seems to answer then tell us to hold on, and we never get to talk to him. the lady wanted my husbands information and i got snappy with her and then she put me on the other line to talk to another guy, who left me on hold for a long time, still with out talking to the guy who called (Austin Black).

Getting calls from this number left message telling my spouse he better call or have an attorney call and when I returned the call because my spouse is out of the country ,he said he was with walton legal a** and  my husband has a law suit against him but wont tell me what for and we have not received anything by mail.
