Received a call. no message

Mr. Upset again. I try to check back to see if anyone else is being scammed and we still are. I called the number today just to see what happens and its a LockSmith service number now! Don't know how that happened. Wish there was a way to get my money back, but I've moved on with life. To Peggy, no one has gotten the grant. Sorry that happened to you and your husband. I wish nothing but the best for you. I'm still trying to get my business started to. Good luck to all and I hope you prosper from this misfortune.

I got the same call Yes I was approved for a grant. I sent them the money 375.00 The magic number. The only thing that got me is I went ahaed with my plans and now I am lieable for the lease of the building for my resturant. Did anyone ever recivie the grant proposal? I was in contact with Chad Miller and I feel like IK could choke the breath right out of him.I was trying to get a grant so my husband could stop working. he had a 7 bypass surgery and I wanted him to be able to recover. I do not understand how someone can do that to people who are trying to better themselves.

Unfortunately Les, you have been scammed! The post from April Lang was fake and posted by the fake company. But believe me, we'll all get our reward somehow (I know it doesn't make the situation better, but I needed some encouragement b/c if this person were tangible, it wouldn't be pretty!)

Great! Can you post the info (if possible) as to how others can get startup? I'm actually doing something for the community and believe the concept is definitely one that works. Thanks.

Already working with Dade County States Attorney. They are checking into it.. Now working with firm in Nevada to establish credit and My LLC so that I can get Legal finiancing for my start up!!!!

I, too, received a call from Chad Miller saying I have been awarded a government grant.  I was supposed to receive it by 9/24 but so far, nothing.  Did you receive the grant that S.B. consultants told you about or did you get it through another application/notification?

I paid $469 for a handling fee to get my money.  I sure wish I hadn't as I believe I have been scammed !

Don't hold your breath! I was supposed to receive a check between Sept. 13-17 and it's the 22nd now. I just checked back to see if anyone had replied to my complaint. We all will survive though!

Same thing happened to me. However, he called me back and they also gave me a 800 number that had different receptionist to answer. Then, the week before it was time to receive my package, I spoke to Chad Miller. Then, today, all of his numbers and the website were down. But, I'll still keep pushing to open my business. People like that never prosper!

sbconsultants dot org was registered in PANAMA (government grant consultants from PANAMA???) just 2 1/2 months ago, shortly before people started complaining about the number on this site. As for scammers coming on this site to make fake posts, well unfortunately that's a pretty common practice nowadays.

I've been dealing with Tim O'brien at this phone number and the company he works for "S.B. Consultants" has a toll free number as well. I've already received my government grant to start my daycare. I've also committed to investing three thousand dollars of my own money into my daycare within the next four to six months and had to submit a detailed cost analysis before I received my government grant.

Hey i recieved the same call i stayed on the phone the young man gave me a run down of what i needed to have between Aug 23-28 2010 in order to get the grant while we were talking the phone just hung up i tried callin back numberous time but no answer. The voicemail does note state company name or the guys name it just says you have reached the consultants office leave name and number i left a message but no call back
