Ignore it. Its a scam

About 2 weeks ago i got a call from a mr martinez, he stated that he was a process server for the county where i lived about 3 years ago. He had the name of my bank and my old address. He stated that i was to appear in court and that i was served. I called the number he left 786-245-8555. The man who answered said that he believed me when i told him i hadn't been served any papers, but i had taken a payday loan and he had been hired to collect it owed amount. The amount he quoted was about 1500.00 and he said the loan was orginally 200.00. He pressured me to settle out of court which i did, i made a payment. I called the courts in the stated county and they had no cases with my name or the case number that he had given me. I told my daughter when she came home and she said it sounded like a scam. I cancelled my bank card, informed my bank of the events. Last friday bluestein and hirsch tried to use my bank card to get more money from my account. A michael called me and said that my card had been cancelled and i need to call in a scheduled payment. He left a voice mail. Then mr Martinez called me about 6 times right after that, again saying that i would be served at my home and my job. His last line was that they weren't going to chase me around and he wasnt going to play any games. The debt may be valid but they arent. I will be reporting them to the police.

This dumb a** martinez guy called my job threatening me about a court order summons against me.

They claimed they were going to put me in jail that i had a debt and they were filing in california some how they are in new york or florida so you can't hide boys the feds are going to close you down again see ya dirt balls

Got a voicemail from a mr sharp from Legal outsourcing saying Im being accused of check fraud. Its funny to me since ive never written a check in my life. Always use me debit card or cash.

This company called saying that I owe some money and if I send a payment they Will stop the collection. I won't pay for something that I don't know where thcharges come from. I'll made a report with credit bureau.

Click the link. Rja capital was shut down so they changed the name and changed the address to florida so they could hide and continue to collect on ny accounts! They are still owned by Cappola and at 461 Ellicott street buffalo ny

They called me friday and Mr Cambells told me I committed check fraud and was going to jail unless I joined the credit firgiveness program and started paying restitution with my credit card. I hsve spent the past teo days terrified. I am glad I found this forum.

This company is located at 461 Elicott Street Buffalo NY 14203. This is the old RJA Capitol and Robert James And Associates. Owned by Anthony Cappola, who also owns Streamline Recovery. If you get a scam call from these people just call or write the Buffalo attorney general.

I got a call from a mr. martinez said he stated that he was a process server for west baton rouge parish and that he would be serving me papers at my place of employment on Tuesday oct.10 ,2013 and the case number and i should have any questions to call this number and give them a different address to get serve but he called me from a 1 800 number.I dont know what to do.
