this place mycash guardian took 29.95 out of my account and I do not why or for what and would kike to know how to retreive my money

I keep getting threatening calls from this company and I know I have past debts, but have been wrote off years an years ago.  I heard they were scammers and def not accredited by the BBB

Called us too and were yelling and cussing and leaving threatening messages that they would take over our bank account and have already taken out $29.95 from our account...we put a stop on the account and have reported them to The Federal Trade Commission. They are based out of Dade County Fl. I did a little research and this has been going on for quite some time, if you have been hacked then change your accounts don't wait and don't chance it, they read off our bank number to us, but refused to give the name of the company or how much the debit was for. They call from an unavailable number but leave the number on voice mail along with threatening rants for a law suit and that something bad was going to happen to us.

Some Indian foreigner called and left a message saying that he was taking us to court or going to seize our bank account if we did not pay some pay day loan that we didn't even sign up for and then this jack a** wouldn't tell us the amount of the loan or the company name it was from...we also got charged $29.95 from My Cash Guardian for a payday loan that was never signed up for by us and we immediately put a stop to our account activity and the bank along with local authorities are looking into this....we are seeking the ultimate in punishment for these foreigner terrorists, they touched the wrong bank account this time!!!

A scam. Have used several current numbers to cal me. Left threatening messages, claimed I am being sued and need to give them my retained attorney information that out of my responsibility to resolve the issue. I did not receive a cash advance from cash advance.com. I told him I did not receive one and would country sue for harassment if I did not receive legal documents.I hung up. He claimed to be from legal associates  and was representing cash advance.com. He had a thick accent, very hard to  understandunderstand. He has been calling me for months and I keep  letting it go to voice mail...
This is a scam, very threatening and has personal information such as last got of my ss#.
DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

this terrorist,yes terrorist called me to scare mebut he didnt,i knew i hadnt taken a loan out but he insited iam going to jail tommorow,let5s send these pricks out of our country ,lets charge them with terrorist charges,i will keep searching for there address so i can file a complaint with the federal goverment.

iam currently seaching every means to find who this is he called me and done same thing .his number is from dade co. fl. i called miami sherrif department ,if every one would call and keep complaining they would accually go take this criminaql ndown.these people are nothing but terorist they want to scare us in  our own country,so who ever reads this call local lawenforcement and demand harrasment charges,do it several days in a row to where they will investigate ,these people threatened me saying i didnt know what they could do to me,they are terorist lets get them call local laqw enforcement dont take no foran answer and call dade county sherriff every day till they do somthing .they are making so mutch money by scareing peop0le everyday!

Oh and when he called me back he said his name was Rick Brown instead of Edward Brown. And he left 3 messages on my friends answering machine and it sounded like the name he used on there was Matt Brown. And all of these guys sound like the same individual.

I got a call from this man on June 8 . He yelled at me and anytime I tried to say anything he would interrupt me and not let me speak. He also told me that I owed 780.00 and if I did not pay it I would get arrested on Monday . I hung up on him and he called back 5 minutes later and asked if there was anything I could do to get rid of this debt. I informed him that I could pay $150 when I got paid the next Friday and he agreed. Then on that Friday instead of taking $150 he tried to take $400 instead. Now he said the $400 would take care of everything but that is not what we agreed on. He can barely speak english well and is very hard to understand. He called me again yesterday and used the name May Johnston. When I called him back he started yelling at me again and then said that I talked to him 3 weeks ago and he again would not let me speak as before. And when I brought up our previous conversation he said I was lying. According to him I will be arrested on Monday and will be in jail for 300 days. I hung up on him again and when he called back later and said his name was Rick Brown and that i had talked to him earlier. So I do not think that this person is using his real name. He even pretended to transfer me to another person and I knew it was still him. And to top it all off I asked him who I owed this money to and he said it was none of my business. I asked him if he had my information in front of him and he said yes so I said tell me who I owe and he flat out refused to tell me. Now I have dealt with creditors in the past and anytime you ask them they will tell you with no problem. It is our right to know this information. I have spoken with a few people and they think this guy is not cool and that I should not give him any money. So I will wait and see about Monday. If you have any advice let me know.

Got a call from an unknown number. The man had a very heavy foriegn accent and said his name was Shawn Williams and said that if we didn't settle this matter by Monday it waould go to court. He said it was a payday loan that that we had taken out. Have NOT taken a payday from anyone. I told the man that I would investigate this number and get back to him. I believe it is a scam!!

A man with the name of Edward Brown said he was an attorney from Legal account Association. He had all my personal information. Told me they were calling to inform me that there was a Lawsuit that was being filed against me and will be at the courts on Monday by Payday Plus for the amount of $489.00.  I had to resolve this immediately with them over them on the phone and the money would be wired to the company in which the loan was taken from. Spoke with an acent at times was hard to under stand was interference in background. The number comes up unavailable when they call. If you call late the phone gives a recording for ext. 1320. I also got a person by the name of Derick Anderson I'm sure they're not using there proper names.

The calls I received were on June 15,2012

Told me they were working for an attorney and had all my personel information. Told me I took a lone out and owed 1200 dollars and if I did not pay up they are taking me to court for 8400 dollars. They also asked me who my lawyer is. The number comes back unknown when they call. When you call late the phone gives a recording for ext 1320. They sound like they were from the middle east. Could hardly understand them.

these people are ridiculous....they said that I received money from Cash Advance.com and they put it someone else's bank account. Will not research it and said they were sending me court papers and to tell them in court that I did not get it. An of course they are not american so it makes it 10,000 times worse.

I believe this is a scam
