this guy called me and told me to pay through westernunion and given me the information about it m giving that information to police...hope now they can catch this cowards ....!! SCAMMERS...

This guy called up me sevral time and asking for money and i find out ther are the scammers out there

Same message here. This is a scam. They want you to get a green dot card and call them with the number.  I know this because I was stupid enough to call them back once. I said send me info on the debt and of course nothing ever came.My guy said his name was Peter something!  They use all kinds of numbers.

I received a call from a number 786-272-6522 advising that they were from financial crime division and there were criminal charges pending against my mom. Had last 4 of social so I had my mom call. when she called they said that she opened a pay day acct in december and she needed to pay it back or she would get arrested. At which point my mom new it was a scam and told them to do what they need to do. I have received 3 calls from them in one hour.

this number keeps calling and said i was being charged for breaking my instant cash loan but i never had one. also they have all my personal information and asked for more. this number is a scam

I have also been receiving phone calls on my cell and my work phone from a guy who can barely speak English who says his name is Ron Williams.  He is leaving messages on my voicemail, as well as leaving messages with my co-worker who has told him to stop calling my job.  He had the last four of my social and who knows else after reading some of these post.  On the message he left, he states that I need to call him back at 786-272-6522 regarding a very serious matter and if I do not call him back then I should obtain an attorney.  Then he calls back again leaving the same message and says that I'm avoiding his calls and if he doesn't hear from me in the next few hours that he feels sorry for me and wishes me the best and for me to have a Blessed day.  I don't know who this guy is, but I am concerned at what information he may have of mine and what he may do with it.

David Jackson called my employer and stated they were a law firm and threaten to sue me, that I owe them $529. They will not give me any further information. I kept calling and calling on them to speak witha  supervisor. The guy was very very rude and stupid, he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about.

I just received a call from 786-272-6522 a Norman saying I signed up for a Instant Cash loan as well. And I had  broken my agreement, but could not tell me anything about when I did his or a way of contacting the company. Everything had to come through him.  He part of my ss# and my home address.
He stated that I was going to be arrested and charged with a felony charge or imprisonment, and now have to pay $8200.  I am to call him back and make arrangements for the payment.

I just received a call from 786-272-6522 a David Jackson saying I signed up for a Instant Cash loan. And I broke my agreement. When I call back to speak with a supervisor it sounded like the same guy.  And said what you folks are saying was going to take me to court and god bless.

Can't speak english!!!!  I closed my banking accounting right away and let my payroll dept. know of this fraud

David Jackson called me today at my job. I called back and they tried to get me to verify the last 4 digits of my social. I asked what is this in reference too. Talking about instant cash. Told them I don't owe a darn thing and they can kick rocks.

I got three of these types of calls today! one from this number!!! unreal! don't be intimidated....

So, this number just called my cell phone and left a message saying that a important bussiness matter had to be disscussed and if I didn't call back then I needed to have my attorney ready to go to court. What a crock of crap!!! Any professional would leave the company name, and what account they are referring to and would never threaten you. They would send a certified letter to your residence. Do not believe any of this. I tried to call the number and it rang then had a busy signal, no kind of message machine. Good thing they don't want to hear what I have to say.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Norman called me from this number. I pressed him for his employee number, company name, lawyers name that is suing me. He hung up on me after about five minutes of me asking questions. HAHA. Thick Eastern Indian accent. If they are legit people, they have to give you information you ask for. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!

The best thing you can do is barrage them with their own questions. Don't be intimidated. ASk their name, mailing address, supervisor's name, phone number, emplyee number. Name of the client they represent, how much money supposedly owe. Ask them for contact information about the client's they represent... they have to give it to you. I was told it would be a conflict of interest... haha. I love these fools.

Then they said to check my email and that they have tried over 60 times to get ahold of me via email only. WTF? A company is suing me and they can't make any telephone contact? What a joke.

I want to get this company shut down. so if there are any suggestions, reply asap because hes threatening to kill me now and if he was a professional that wouldnt be coming from his mouth. how do i report him?

caller stated his name is david jackson and it would be in my "best interest" to retain a lawyer due to the "severity of the situation" would not leave me any details on my voice mail. had a heavy indian accent almost hard to understand him.

Caller Jason Wayne left voice mail stating if I did not call back today that police sod come to my home and arrest me.  Note: speaks with heavy Indian accent. I called back after
2.d voice mail was left advising them that I contacted my atty who has also contacted the FBI.  The person then got very nasty and was using foul language

Payday loan scam

Pretty much that has happened to everyone else is happening to me. This has happened to me before and I finally answered the phone and talked to them. I told them I didn't owe them anything and asked for their business information. I wanted my attorney to get in touch with them to settle the problem. I couldn't get anything from them and I never heard from them again. I'll do the same this time just to get them to stop harrassing and threatening me. I reported the last number and I will report this one. That seems to be the only way to stop them.
