I received a call from Kevin Miller saying that I was going to go to jail if I didn't pay them the loan that I took out I was trying to explain to Kevin Miller that I never did that he still was harassing me any and all my information just in case you do any fr just in case you do any fraud under my information

This freaken guy yes with an Indian accent called my cell left a stupid message about a law suit against me. I advised him that I have my lawyer on his ads fb i and because my husband is law enforcement he will also take care if him . He had the nerve to tell me how did I get your information I said I have no idea I don't do payday loans and that his law firm is all over the internet as a scam....he then hangs up...freaken jerk with the nerve of him to tell me God bless wth....I'm so pissed how can we get these fools to stop their ignorance it's very ugly. His name is Peter Smith.....what an A$$Hole

I have had the same person (using multiple names) calling me on both my cell and work phone for WEEKS claiming to be and attorney and an employee of "financial crime department" saying "you comitted a crime". Total scam looking for money. These people are scum!!

Nothing!  The calls are from a boiler room in India.  They can't do anything but harass you.  Amazing how these indians have names like  Roger,  Steve,  John,  Kevin,   and my favorite  Crystal..   There is nothing you can do about his calling,   just accept the fact and ignore it.
He's just wasting his time until he moves on to skin someone else less informed.

He's just a two-bit fraud. While giggling at him, inform him that the entire population of the US is laughing at him and his co-parasites. That his country (most likely India) has become a world wide laughing stock. He'll teach you some new words and might tie up your phone lines for a bit. Not to worry, he'll slink along to a new target soon. Or just ignore him or block his calls. Whatever floats your boat!

this a-hole keeps calling me i have 21 calls from him on my voice mail.  he said his name was roger spencer and all that crap.  this needs to stop.  786-272-6524.. this is coming from florida.  i never took out a pdl loan he was quoting my social security # and address what can i do

He said you owe $300 and gave you your social security number?  How does that validate any debt?  This scam is coming from the boys in India.  They buy payday loan information from the lowlifes who accumulate and sell it as well as many other sources that will have an abundance of info on people including social security numbers.  If they don't provide you with written and verifiable validation in accordance with the FDCPA and within 5 days of your request, you don't owe anyone a dime.  Besides,  it would be a cold day in Mumbai before I'd give those thieves anything .  Little Bollywood Boiler Room Basturds...

Have been getting a few calls from this company today says I owe this company $300. He even gave me my social security number... don't know what I need to do

Ron of Legal Accounts Assoc called and said that I owe money but it seems that I'm ducking his calls. I guess he got the message 'cause I haven't heard from him in a few weeks. There ought to be a way to stop this non-sense!!!!!!

Message here and it was from a man with an Indian accent. Demanding action from us with legal action if we did not comply. Was also said in a threatning way. All I have to say is Thankyou GOOGLE. Hokus Pokus.. This guy is full of slumville doom.

I keep getting harassing calls and messages from this number supposedly for someone named Jeremy Stone.  I have no idea who Jeremy is and have told them so and asked them not to contact me again & gotten cussed out and hung up on.  The caller claims to be a Justin Smith, when you ask for the supervisor, he says this is Andy Smith.  Really? The moron can barely speak English and really should quit drinking on the job (if you could call scamming people a job) he slurs all over himself trying to leave a babbling message.

I got a phone call from Derek Anderson saying that we owe money to American Advance  payday loans after we check to see so we did not owe money he was very rude to us. it was very percent tielling us that he was going to sue us

I have gotten the same calls as everyone above me. I filed a complaint to the Oio Attorney Generals Office and I will probably file a Police report......

no one has done business with them got a call from Derek anderson called back said i have court on friday for something and i asked for their attorney and bar number said he didnt have it told him your not even in the USA and i know of this scam and do not call again he replied oh ok i make sure no call you again....i feel horrible for people that fall for this scam.

I received a call from this number today,his name was roger spencer. He threatens that he was going to sue me i I don't agree to pay 786$ because of money I owe with advance payday.i never borrowed money from the said company.he even called my work place and leave threatening messages.i reported him to FTC.please advice what else to do?

Just recieved a call from this number saying I had a lawsuit aganist me and if I would just pay 220.00 it would be over if I didnt I would have to go to court I never recieved a loan but the scary thing is they have your SS # how can we stop this

I have been getting this number calling me at all hours day and night. Threatening me that there is Serious legal matter which needs to be taken care of.   Well here is the thing yes I have cash loans/pay day loans what ever you call them. Since last Friday 2/16/2013 so of course I was concern who would call you up and tell you that you are in serious legal matters over a cash loan. Here is the catcher I sent through western union the 825.00 dollars, since then found that I am not only out the 825. dollars but was scammed in the process....
I am so sick of the scams that I have been wroped into through all this.
Beware to all these cash loans/pay day loans are selling your information to anyone who will buy it.
I know have to change everything including my bank account.

Yes...keep getting phone calls for a return phone call to this number.  When calling it back, it will ring and then turn into a busy signal.  I have received nothing but threatening phone calls and they will not stop.  Next time he calls, I will let him know that I have contacted the FBI and the calls are being recorded.

I have been getting calls from this number I reported it to the BBB and the Illinois Att- general office and to the Federal Trade comm-  and I alerted the Credit Bea- to add a alert to my account.

I got a phone call from them today too, stating I owe $390 and I don't pay by 1/24 at least $150 I have to go to court.  I googled this phone number and it led me here.  Glad I did, I honestly was considering paying at least the $150, till I saw this site.  Thinking aobut it now they would only take Western union, they wouldn't take the amount out of my account, and make out the Western Union thing to Deborah Rozell in Vidalia GA and to make an person to person payment

I have received calls from the following numbers: 786-272-6524. 530-559-1657..972-843-1586..415-952-5630... All have been Indian people with American names. I have FOUR messages that are verbatim, obviously scripted. Today's message says they have tried to contact me twice with no success, which is a lie, as I spent several minutes yesterday on the phone with this creep. I have been threatened with arrest at my work and home. At first, it was funny. Now, I am just plain mad. I work hard for the little bit that I have, and this freaks have nothing better to do but scam me. The sad thing is, people actually fall for this crap!! They won't be getting a thing from me, except an airhorn blast in the ear the next time they call.

Receiving call from this compamy Advance Payday Loan 786-272-6524 I've never done business with them or have an out standing balance with them.  They continue calling my place of business.

Had a call from this number today. Caller said he was James Green( sounded like from India ) threatened to take action against my son at home and at his work place. I called back and told them off. Also reported them to state police and FTC. This has been going on for several months. Why cant the authorities do something?

I too got a call from these people today at work stating that I borrowed $400 and now owe them $5000 (mighty big jump for a loan suppossedly done in September of 2012)or I am going to jail.  I know that yes I have like many others put my info out there but when you are struggling trying to make ends meet you need a little extra not someone to take advantage of you.  I did speak to a lawyer about this and they informed me that if they could not provide something in writing to me to let them know I was going to take legal action against them for harrassment.  They also gave this number as the company number that is suing me and same voices.

This man named James Green called my work today and left a message about a legal case.  I called him back James clearly was not his name.  Told me that i needed an attorney and what was my attorneys name, he did not give me any other information and threatened me that if i did not take care of this now he would send out a court order to me.  I said I was not paying him anything and he said fine i will issue the court order.  These people need to stop, why are they calling my work  how did they get the information in the first place.

my wife got the call from john and i called him back and told him not to call her anymore and he got mad and called her and ask her to tell me not to call his # so that should tell you something about this socalled company its a scam so dont fall for it but make sure you contact your bank to be on the safe side
