They asked how my pain meds we're working.. the Guy went by the name of mark.

Has been calling for weeks. Until today has not left messages.  Todays message: "answer the phone idiot" in a very mean voice.  Like I said, must be a very small man with an India accent.

I get bs calls like this daily on my cell phone. I never answer and the scammers never leave a message. I'm on the worthless DNC list. Dont bother wasting your time adding your number to that. It does nothing to stop these calls. Just another government entity wasting tax payer's dollars.

Same thing. It's a scam. Some idiot from India trying to sell me Viagra. When he was done with his pitch and I said no, he told me to F%#@ OFF then hung up on me.
What a loser!!! I'd like to pay him a visit next time I'm in Miami!!!

Just got a call from this number today.  It's the first time we've gotten a call from this number, however, we were getting bombarded with calls from 786-275-5013 until I blocked it.  With both numbers, the service provider is Peerless Network out of Miami, FL.  Peerless has a website where a section under "Information Center" (at the top) is "Do Not Call List", basically stating that Peerless is not a telemarketing company and their "disclaimer" about them providing service and you can notify them if you don't want calls and they will notify their customer of the complaint.  Here is the exact quote from their website:  

"However, we will be glad to notify the customer of record about your complaint provided we have the following information:

- The number calling you, and
- The number being called.

The information will be passed along to the owner of record for the telephone number.  Email your request to: report@peerlessnetwork.com"

When we were getting bombarded with calls from 786-275-5013, I contacted them not once, but twice and still received calls until I used our "blocking" service and blocked the numbers.  Unfortunately we are only able to have five phone numbers blocked at a time and these idiots go from number to number.  After notifying Peerless that second time, I let them know the calls were continuing and if another came in, then I'd be contacting BBB.  Even though it's not the same number I'm still going to BBB.  To me, Peerless needs to be held responsible since they are the service provider.  The 786-275-5013 was also reported as Indian/Pakistani working for USA/US Pharmacy selling prescription only drugs.  We stopped answering our phone years ago, but I do come here to log and to find out.

I received the same type of call, saying he was with Windows Support. I asked if he worked
for Microsoft, and he gave another company (some tech company unheard of). Wanted to
"help" me with getting rid of error messages which come up on my computer. It was bogus
and the number was the 786-275-5066 listed as "unknown name". I got rid of him, and should have
never answered. There was the thick Indian or Middle Eastern accent. Fortunately I gave him no
information. These are scam artists who have nothing better to do.

Why on earth would you give a cold-caller access to you PC???

Have called twice identifying themselves as Windows Technical Support...he asked me for access to my computer and I gave it to him concerned I had been hacked...guess what, he hacked me...he then connected me to a third party wanting to sell me repair and clean hackers from my PC..I got the message then...I will be doing a complete restore!

When I see this number I know who it is. So I have fun with them. One of these days they will catch on that I will waste their time like they do mine.

Called claiming to represent a generic drug manufacturer (unnamed) acting on behalf of the fda regarding generic medication causing headaches, back pain, and kidney failure (two of the most common ailments known to man, and something scary), and then began to try to solicit prescription and medical information from me.

Calls everyday around 430 pm despite repeated requests to not call back

This number keeps calling my fax machine. I just moved in to this office, and I was about to call this number and ask why they were calling my fax machine. We were joking around the office wondering if our fax machine has a social life in florida. Thinking maybe it has little baby fax machines running around and this is the baby momma calling for child support. XD  I decided to look the number up before calling it. Glad I did. He can just keep calling me fax machine.

The FTC isn't gonna do anything. Nobody in the form of a govt entity is gonna do anything and the DO NOT CALL List is a scam of it's own. The best thing to do is get a call blocker of some sort.

They called and asked "Is this (my name)"? I said yes. Then the phone hung up.
I looked up the number, found this site. I knew it was a scam. I added to my
contacts as Scam lawfirm. So if they call back, maybe  I will answer and  say
"Hello FBI" or "IRS, do you mind if I record our conversation"?

I received a call that showed up as +7 (862) 755-06-6 -- thought that was strange. I then decided to check it as if it was a standard number -- meaning 786-275-5066 and came upon this information. No message was left. I've had a couple of calls from 212-1. Have no idea what that is about. These people are foxy.

They called my more than 15 times in the past month trying to sell me products like Viagra and other random stuff and we threatened  them with legal action and they got mad at ME! I dont know if we should sue i will check this website dayly please respond

Man with a heavy accent just called.  He asked for me by name and I wouldn't even let him explain the reason for the call.  I told him I know it's a scam and that I was going to call the attorney general. This is not the first time I got this annoying call.

They have called me over 100 times in one day and one time for an hour in a row saying the weirdest scariest things and the worst part is is they are calling my work and we've tried everything to stop them and idk what else to do will I be able to sue these people? They are putting me through so much and my co workers through alot someone please help and does anyone know what state they are from The guy calling me is named Chris hill

I'v'e been getting the same phone calls now its a woman with a very threating voice they have nothing better to do how do we get them to stop

Anderson law firm when sister and I told the guy the name of an attorney - he hung up...these people are also using the number of 321-558-1002 and they are either Indian/Pakistani with very think accents and extremely american names like - Kyle Snider(Snyder), Scott Snider(Snyder), Michael Woodson, Michael Wilson - they are extremely aggressive, harrassing, and do not cooperate when you try to get information from them - the company address; the main phone number; the website; or even another employee name - because - supposedly the business hours are from 9-5 and they are there making calls until 8 or 9 pm and will call repeatedly whether they talk to you on the phone or not....

I have had at least 6 calls a day and a couple of text messages from 6 to 7 different numbers.  I block them and then they call from a different number.  There is nothing you can do but change your number and if you have any type of business cards like me that really becomes a problem.  I have not given them the pleasure of talking to me or responding.  I been reading several of these messages and I have gotten phone calls where i work with indian speaking men that claim to be with a law firm and that they will press charges if i do not let them speak to them.  My boss has spoke with them several times to tell them do not call here.  They do not give up!!

They have called me numerous times with the same story. Indian accent, and his name was Michael Woodson.  Threatening me and everything.

They keep calling me so i kept calling him back and he called me a mother f****r..Its a SCAM because they want my husbands ssn before they will tell me anything..

i just cussed them out they keep hanging up the phone on me saying there gonna press charges for harrassment i wont give them a dime there not telling me any info besides my info no numbers to these loan people or anything

I received a threatening call from these people i was told not to speak until he is done speaking ..he said i owe 300 dollars for a quick cash load and I NEVER had one of them...he i hung up he called back saying he will do me in and that i will be arrested within 12 -24 hours and i better do as he says ....
