I keep getting phone calls from this number and each time it's from a person with the same accent, same voice but different name.  I wish they would stop calling me.  They're saying that I got a payday loan that I never received..

Thick foreign accent - very difficult to understand - I refuse to talk to them since I have been getting these calls for over a year.  One even talked to my boss and threatened her with legal action, but would not give any information.  They always have your personal information and when you refuse to verify this, they get rude and ugly!  This last one said he was Officer Mark Henry

THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and may be using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money or personal info for fictitious crimes.

Got a call at work just as I was leaving - simply took his name and number without telling him who I was and the I would put it on her desk.  This is one of many such calls I have received over the last year. Always the same with thick foreign accent saying they are "Officer -----" and I owe money, threaten arrest, wage garnishment or something similar - BUT they  never tell you anything about who you owe!

I received this call on my cell today. Was a man with very strong middle eastern accent that left me a voicemail. I had very hard time understanding everything he said, but basically he threatened that it was in my best interest to return his call and it didn't matter if I had an attorney or not, this was legal. He stated that if I don't take this call seriously and return it then he wished me the best of luck in my endeavors but I wouldn't get very far.

I have recieved the same message stating they were from the Miami police dept of crime investigations, they knew all of my personal info including my social security number, saying i had committed a crime and that they were going to be forwarding the case to my local courthouse within 48 hours, i hung up on him and he called back saying that hanging up was not going to make this go away.  I then blocked their number completely.  Turns out there are a lot of people out there that have recieved the same messages.  Beware these people are definitiely scammers.
